PERANCANGAN ANTARMUKA APLIKASI RESERVASI RAWAT JALAN BERBASIS SMARTPHONE DI RS PANTI RAPIH YOGYAKARTA

Latar Belakang : Lahirnya sistem informasi rumah sakit (SIRS) merupakan dampak positif dari perkembangan teknologi informasi di rumah sakit. Penggunaan SIRS saat ini semakin inovatif. Salah satu contoh pengembangannya adalah dengan penerapan sistem informasi anjungan rawat jalan di RS Panti Rapih Yogyakarta. Smartphone merupakan salah satu teknologi terkini dalam perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini, teknologi ini telah memunculkan ide untuk merancang tampilan antarmuka dari aplikasi reservasi rawat jalan yang berbasis smartphone. Tujuan : Merancang desain tampilan antarmuka aplikasi smartphone untuk reservasi rawat jalan RS Panti Rapih Yogyakarta untuk mengoptimalkan proses pendaftaran rawat jalan agar tercipta pelayanan yang mudah dan nyaman bagi pasien. Metode Penelitian : Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dengan sistem informasi anjungan rawat jalan RS Panti Rapih Yogyakarta sebagai objek penelitiannya. Perancangan antarmuka aplikasi reservasi rawat jalan berbasis smartphone ini didasari oleh hasil wawancara kebutuhan pengguna yang dilakukan kepada petugas Pengembangan Sistem Informasi (PSI), petugas rekam medis dan pasien. Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan wawancara kebutuhan pengguna, maka peneliti merancang desain tampilan antarmuka untuk aplikasi reservasi rawat jalan berbasis smartphone yang dapat mengoptimalkan proses pendaftaran rawat jalan yang mudah dan nyaman bagi pasien. Desain tampilan antarmuka aplikasi reservasi rawat jalan berbasis smartphone ini terdiri dari beberapa penambahan halaman yaitu halaman list reservasi, halaman detail dokter, halaman pemberitahuan, dan halaman petunjuk. Background : The establishment of a hospital information system (SIRS) is a positive impact on the development of information technology in hospitals. The use of SIRS itself at this moment are even more innovative, one of the innovations is the implementation of information system platforms for outpatient in RS Panti Rapih Yogyakarta. Smartphone is one of the latest technologies in the development of information technology, which has led to the idea to design the user interface of smartphone-based reservation outpatient application. Objective : To design the user interface design of smartphone application for reservation outpatient RS Panti Rapih Yogyakarta for optimizing outpatient registration process in order to create an easy and convenient service for patients. Methods : This study plan is using descriptive research method by qualitative approach on information system platforms for outpatient RS Panti Rapih Yogyakarta as the object of research. Based on interviews conducted towards officers of Information Systems Development (PSI), medical records officers and patients about the user needs, later designed the user interface design for outpatient reservation application that can optimize outpatient registration process easily and conveniently for the patients. The results of the user interface design can be used by PSI officers as references for the realization of smartphone applications. Results : Based on analysis and interviews of the user needs, the researcher designed the interface for smartphone-based reservation outpatient application which can optimize an easy and comfortable outpatient registration process for the patient. The design of interface for smartphone-based reservation outpatient application is consist of several additions pages, they are: page of reservation list, page of doctors details, page of notifications and page of instructions.
