Penetapan harga listrik pada perusahaan listrik negara unit bisnis distribusi Jakarta Raya dan Tangerang tahun 2000

Dalarn GBHN tahun 1999-2004 salah satu arah kebijakan pembangunan dibidang ekonomi adalah meningkatkan pembangunan dan pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana publik, termasuk transportasi; telekomunikasi, energi, listrik dan air bersih guna mendorong pemerataan pembangunan, melayani kebutuhan masyarakat dengan harga terjangkau. PT.PLN (Persero) sebagai salah satu perusahaan penyedia sarana publik sangat besar peranannya dalam meningkatkan pemerataan pembangunan serta melayani kebutuhan masyarakat dengan harga terjangkau. Namun demikian untuk mempertahankan tetap beroperasinya perusahaan dalam jangka panjang, perusahaan harus menetapkan harga jual di atas harga pokok produk. Berdasat-kan pertimbangan di atas penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung harga pokok produk per kwh dari PT.PLN (Persero). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini; merupakan data sekundr yang didapat dari PT PLN (Persero) unit bisnis distlibusi Jakarta Raya dan Tangerang. Data tersebut berupa laporan keuangan tahun 2000. Hasil analisis menunjukkm harga pokok produk per kwh didapat sebesar Rp 304,19 per kwh. Harga jual per unit yang ditetapkan oleh PT. PLN unit bisnis distribusi Jakarta Kaya dan Tangerang sudah di atas harga pokok produk per unit. Hal ini akan lebih rnenjarnin peningkatan pelayanan kepada konsumen dan perkembangan bisnis listrik.

Bawd on the above consideration the writer purposes to calculate the price of basic of basic products per kwh from PT. P L N (Persero), Datas that are used in this reaserch are secondary datas obtained from PT. PL N(Persero) unit of distribution bussines Jakarta Raya and Tangerang. Those datas are monetary reports in year 2000. The result of analysis shows that the price of basic product per kwh gets Rp304.19,00 per kwh. The sell price per unit that is fixed by PT. P L N (Persem) unit of distribution bussines Jakarta Raya and Tangerang has been over the average price of basic product per unit. This will give more guarantee in improving the accomodation to the consumers and the development of electricity bussines.
