PEMANFAATAN SISTEM INFORMASI GEOGRAFI (SIG) UNTUK PEMETAAN HASIL PROYEKSI SARANA KESEHATAN KOTA SALATIGA TAHUN 2016-2035

Kota Salatiga merupakan wilayah kota yang baru saja mengalami pemekaran wilayah pada tahun 2014 akibat jumlah penduduk yang semakin bertambah. Namun jumlah sarana kesehatan di Kota Salatiga hingga tahun 2015 tidak semuanya mampu memenuhi kebutuhan penduduk untuk pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahui kondisi eksisting persebaran sarana kesehatan di Kota Salatiga tahun 2015 dan juga memanfaatkan SIG untuk pemetaan hasil proyeksi sarana kesehatan di Kota Salatiga untuk jangka waktu tahun 2016-2035. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data laju pertumbuhan penduduk, proyeksi penduduk di tahun 2035, serta proyeksi kebutuhan penduduk terhadap sarana kesehatan. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam analisis proyeksi penduduk adalah metode eksponensial, sedangkan analisis proyeksi kebutuhan mengacu pada SNI 03-1733-2004. Penentuan rencana lokasi pembangunan sarana kesehatan juga memperhatikan Rencana Pola Ruang dari RTRW Kota Salatiga tahun 2011-2030. Hasil dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa ketersediaan sarana kesehatan berupa Rumah Sakit Wilayah, Puskesmas, dan Puskesmas Pembantu di Kota Salatiga mengalami overestimate, sehingga rencana pembangunan hasil analisis proyeksi kebutuhan terhadap sarana kesehatan hanya dilakukan pada Rumah Sakit Bersalin.

Salatiga is an area of town that has just undergone expansion area in 2014 due to the growing population. However, the number of health facilities in Salatiga until 2015 are not all able to meet the needs of the population for health care. This research aims to know the condition of the existing distribution of health facilities in Salatiga until 2015 and also utilize GIS for mapping the projected health facilities in Salatiga for a period of years 2016-2035. The data used in this research is the data rate of population growth, population projections in 2035, and the projected needs of the population to health facilities. The methods used in the analysis of population projections is exponential method, while the projected needs analysis refers to the SNI 03-1733-2004. Determination plan construction site health facilities also noticed Rencana Pola Ruang from RTRW of Salatiga years 2011-2030. The results of this study showed that the availability of health facilities in the form of Regional Hospital, Puskesmas, and Puskesmas Pembantu in Salatiga experience overestimate, so the results of the analysis of the projected development plan needs to be done at the health facilities only Maternity Hospital.
