Dokter Keluarga Sunarko merupakan salah satu dokter praktek umum yang menyelenggarkan pelayanan kesehatan sebagai dokter keluarga. Selama ini di Dokter Keluarga Sunarko dalam pencatatan data pasien dilakukan secara manual yaitu mencatat dalam buku. Tidak jarang petugas pendaftaran masih menemui beberapa kesulitan dalam melakukan pencarian pasien. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut,maka dibutuhkan sistem informasi yang dapat mendukung proses pendataan pasien. Sistem informasi dokter keluarga yang dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi dokter dan petugas pendaftaran dalam mengelola pendataan pasien yang meliputi pendaftaran pasien,diagnosa dokter dan laporan. Serta dapat meningkatkan kinerja dokter dan petugas dalam mengolah data pasien maupun rekam medis pasien. Sistem Informasi Dokter Keluarga Sunarko dibangun menggunakan framework codeigniter, bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basisdata MySQL. Sistem informasi ini menangani proses pengolahan data yang berupa data pasien, data hasil pemeriksaan atau rekam medis, data diagnosa penyakit, serta pembuatan laporan dalam bentuk tabel. Diharapkan sistem informasi ini dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi pihak dokter keluarga dalam mengolah data serta mampu meningkatkan kinerja dan proses pelayanan terhadap pasien supaya lebih efektif dan efisien.

Sunarko family doctor is one of medical doctors who runs a health service as a family doctor. During this time, Sunarko family doctor administered his patients data manually by writing the data in the administration book. As a result, the registration staff finds some difficulties in searching the patients data. Regarding to the issue above, the information system which can manage the patients data collection is needed. The needed information system is an information system of family doctor which can help the doctors and staffs jobs in analyzing the patients data covering patient registration, doctor diagnosis and medical report. Added to this, the needed information system is expected to improve the doctors and medical staffs accomplishment in analyzing the patients data and medical record. The information system of Sunarko family doctor is developed by using framework codeigniter, a PHP programming language and MySQL database. This kind of information system accomplishes data analyze process covering patients data, examination result data or medical record, diagnose of disease, and medical report generation in the form of table. The information system is expected to offer some benefits for the family doctor in analyzing the data and also can improve the doctors and staffs accomplishment and health service process for the patients more effectively and efficiently.
