PENILAIAN ERGONOMI KERJA KONSTRUKSI BERDASARKAN METODE RAPID UPPER LIMB ASSESSMENT (RULA)

Lingkungan kerja dan jenis pekerjaan yang dilakukan merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat keamanan dan kenyamanan pekerja konstruksi. Ergonomi adalah disiplin ilmu yang memperlajari tentang keamanan dan kenyamanan pada saat bekerja dan postur kerja merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam penilaian tentang ergonomis/non ergonomis pada suatu postur kerja. Penilaian ergonomis/non ergonomis postur kerja dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA). Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan observasional. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan dengan total 10 orang pekerja pemasangan keramik dengan masing-masing pekerja terdapat 5 sampel postur kerja. Hasil penilaian postur tubuh dengan metode RULA pada 50 sampel postur kerja didapatkan hasil yaitu 92% (46 sampel) mendapatkan skor akhir 7 dan 8% (4 sampel) mendapatkan skor akhir 6. Seluruh sampel postur kerja pada pekerja pemasangan keramik adalah non ergonomis.

The works environment and the type of work are factors that affecting the level of security and comfort for the construction's workers. Ergonomics is the scientific discipline concerned with the understanding of security and comfort for the workers, and the working posture is the important factor of scroing for the ergonomics posture. The ergonomics assessment on working postures performed using methods of Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA). Desain of this research is qualitative descriptive with approach of observation. The population and samples of this reserach are 10 workers of tiling with each worker is 5 sample of working posture. The assessment results from the 50 sample of working posture are 92% (46 samples) got the final score of 7 and 8% (4 samples) got the final score of 6. All of the samples of working postures are non-ergonomics.
