INTISARI SISTEM INFORMASI PEMESANAN BERBASIS WEB SARI RASA BAKERY Oleh : SRI MULYANI 12/327917/SV/00093 Sari Rasa Bakery merupakan suatu usaha bisnis kecil menengah yang melayani pemesanan aneka hantaran, aneka tart, snack box, dan catering nasi dalam jumlah kecil maupun partai besar. Proses pemesanan dan pemasaran produk yang dilakukan masih manual. Customer harus datang langsung untuk mengetahui produk-produk yang dijual dan melakukan pemesanan. Pemilik menulis data pesanan customer pada nota atau kwitansi, yang mengakibatkan pengelolalaan data pemesanan tidak terstruktur dan tidak rapi. Belum adanya status pemesanan. Dalam memesan produk dengan desain sendiri mengharuskan customer datang dan melihatkan desain produk yang diinginkan. Proses pemasaran produk dilakukan saat customer melakukan pemesanan. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, maka dikembangkan Sistem Informasi Pemesanan Berbasis Web pada Sari Rasa Bakery yang dapat membantu mengoptimalkan pemasaran produk, memudahkan pelayanan pemesanan, membantu customer menentukan produk yang akan dibeli dan membantu pemilik untuk pengelolaan data. Sistem informasi pemesanan ini ditujukan untuk para customer Sari Rasa Bakery yang ingin memesan produk-produk di toko tersebut. Sistem ini menggunakan bahasa pemrogaman PHP, HTML5, CSS, Javascript basis data MySQL editor Dreamweaver CS6 dengan framework CSS Bootstrap. Sistem yang sudah berhasil diimplementasikan dapat mempermudah proses kebutuhan pengolahan data pemesanan, laporan pemesanan produk kepada pemilik. Sistem ini juga memiliki beberapa keunggulan antara lain dapat membantu customer dalam proses pemesanan dengan milih menu bantuan. Customer juga dapat mengetahui proses pesanannya dan customer bisa memesan produk dengan desain sendiri lewat pesan khusus. Kata kunci : sistem, informasi, pemesanan, online, web.
