Laporan Tugas Akhir berjudul PROSEDUR DAN LEGALITAS PENDIRIAN CV ditulis karena Penulis ingin lebih memahami tata cara membuat atau mendirikan CV sehingga penulis dapat menerapkan didalam kehidupan di masyarakat sekitar yang membutuhkan bantuan mengenai prosedur serta legalitas pendirian CV. Tujuan dari penulisan Tugas Akhir ini yaitu untuk memenuhi persyaratan kelulusan dari Program Diploma 3 Hukum Sekolah Vokasi Universitas Gadjah Madadan untuk mendapatkan gelar Ahli Madya Hukum (Amd). Manfaat dari Praktik Kerja Lapangan ini adalah memberikan pengalaman secara nyata kepada penulis dalam penerapan teori yang diajarkan di bangku kuliah. Hasil yang diperoleh dari Penulisan Tugas Akhir ini adalah CV merupakan persekutuan yang dibentuk oleh beberapa orang yang terdiri dari sekutu aktif dan sekutu pasif. Sekutu aktif secara langsung bertanggung jawab atas jalannya persekutuan tersebut, sedangkan sekutu pasif hanya menyetorkan sejumlah dana. Pendirian CV dapat dilakukan secara tertulis atau secara lisan, baik dengan akta otentik ataupun dibawah tangan. Demi memperoleh kekuatan hukum serta kepastian hukum untuk pihak ketiga sebaiknya pendirian CV dilakukan secara tertulis dengan Akta Otentik yang dibuat oleh Notaris.

The final assignment of project tittle LEGAL PROCEDURE AND ESTABLISMENT OF CV is written because of the writer wants to know the prosedure of creating or establishing CV so the authors can apply in the surrounding communities that need the assistance regarding the legality of prosedure as well as the establishing CV. The purpose of this final project is for graduation requirement of the Diploma 3 programme of vocational school of Law, Gajah Mada University and in order to get an Associate Expert Law. The advantage of field work practice is to provide significantly to the author�s experience in the application of the theory that is taught in college. The result that be got from the writting last task CV is anally that be formed by some people that consisting of ally active and passive ally. Active ally is directly to responsible for the operation of the allience,while the passive ally only deposit a certain a mount of funds. The establishment of CV can be done in write of orally, nice by authentic ac or under the hand. So in order to get the force of law in the certainty law for third part as good as establishment of CV be done In writte by an authentic be made by notary.
