RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM PENGHITUNG DAN PEMISAH BARANG BERBASIS ARDUINO UNO DENGAN SENSOR PHOTODIODA

Dalam dunia industri saat ini, sangat banyak terjadi proses produksi dengan sekala besar. Hal tersebut dikarenakan pasar online yang dapat mengemas barang produksi menjadi lebih menarik dan sangat memudahkan bagi para penjual dan pembeli untuk melakukan proses jual beli. Adanya produksi dengan skala besar ini tentu saja jumlah produk akan semakin banyak, waktu produksi akan semakin lama, dan mengurangi tingkat keakuratan penghitungan barang. Sistem penghitung dan pemisah barang ini akan sangat berguna untuk menghemat waktu dan meningkatkan akurasi dalam penghitungan barang karena sistem ini berjalan secara otomatis setelah dihidupkan dengan kata lain tidak memerlukan seorang operator. Sistem penghitung dan pemisah barang ini terdiri dari sensor warna sebagai pembanding dari variasi warna barang, motor servo sebagai pemindah barang, LCD untuk menampilkan hasil perhitungan barang, dan Arduino Uno sebagai pengendali dari sistem ini. Barang dengan indikator warna merah akan dipindahkan ke posisi 30 derajat dari posisi awal dan nilai dari jumlah barang warna merah yang tampil di LCD akan bertambah 1. Barang dengan indikator warna hijau akan dipindahkan ke posisi 80 derajat dari posisi awal dan nilai dari jumlah barang warna hijau yang tampil di LCD akan bertambah 1. Barang dengan indikator warna biru akan dipindahkan ke posisi 130 derajat dari posisi awal dan nilai dari jumlah barang warna biru yang tampil di LCD akan bertambah 1.

Nowadays, on the industry world there are so many production process with big scale happening. The production on big scale definitely will make the product amountmore, the production time will be much longer and decreasing the accuracy level on counting things. This counter and divider things system will be very helpful in order to safe some time and increase the accuracy on counting things because this system will run automatically after the system has been turn on, in other word there's no need the use of an operator. This counter and divider things system consists of color sensor as the comparator of the various color of the things, servo motor as things mover and an arduino uno as the controller of this system. Things with red indicator will be moved to position of 30 degree from the start position and the amount of things will color of red will automatically add 1 on the LCD. things with green indicator will be moved to position of 80 degree from the start position and the amount of things will color of green will automatically add 1 on the LCD. And the last things with blue indicator will be moved to position of 130 degree from the start position and the amount of things will color of blue will automatically add 1 on the LCD.
