METODE ALOKASI BIAYA YANG DIDASARKAN PADA TEORI PERMAINAN KOOPERATIF

Pada suatu proyek bersama, ada banyak konflik yang mungkin terjadi di dalamnya. Salah satu faktor utama yang menjadi penyebab terjadinya konflik di antara partisipan adalah biaya. Ketidakpuasan di antara partisipan mengenai cara mengalokasikan biaya merupakan hal yang lazim terjadi, meskipun demikian masalah alokasi biaya tetap menjadi penyebab terjadinya konflik di antara partisipan yang harus diselesaikan. Di dalam skripsi ini, akan dibahas beberapa metode alokasi biaya dan konsep yang mendasarinya. Metode-metode tersebut antara lain metode alokasi proporsional, metode alokasi core, metode alokasi Alternate Cost Avoided, metode alokasi Standart Two Solution, metode alokasi least core, dan metode alokasi prenucleolus. Metode alokasi biaya yang baik merupakan metode yang memenuhi prinsip rasionalitas individu dan rasionalitas kelompok. Di antara metode alokasi yang akan dibahas, metode alokasi biaya prenucleolus merupakan metode alokasi yang memenuhi kedua prinsip tersebut dan memberikan solusi yang tunggal. Beberapa metode alokasi yang memberikan solusi tunggal selanjutnya diterapkan pada masalah proyek distribusi air bersih Desa Kima Bajo.

In the joint project, there are numerous conflicts that may occur. One of the main factor causes conflicts among involved participants is cost. Dissatisfaction among involved participants regarding the ways of cost allocation is ordinary, nevertheless, the problem of cost allocation still causes conflicts among involved participants that must be solved. In in this paper, we discuss the various methods of cost allocation and its underlying concepts. They are proportional allocation method, core allocation method, standart two solution allocation method, least core allocation method, and prenucleolus allocation method. Good cost allocation method is a method that meets the principles of individual rationality and group rationality. Among the methods of allocation which will be discussed, prenucleolus cost allocation method is a method of allocation that meets both these principles and provide a single solution. Several methods of allocation that provides a single solution furthermore applied to the problem of water distribution project Kima Bajo village.
