SISTEM ABSENSI LABORATORIUM BERBASIS RFID DENGAN DOOR ACCESS CONTROL

Sebuah sistem absensi telah dibuat berbasis RFID dengan door access control serta diimplementasikan pada sistem absensi laboratorium. Penerapan teknologi RFID dapat diaplikasikan pada kartu mahasiswa dan digunakan untuk absensi, sehingga mahasiswa tidak lagi melakukan tanda tangan dengan harapan dapat melakukan kegiatan lebih cepat, efektif, dan aman. Ruangan yang mempunyai akses terbatas hanya mahasiswa yang dapat mengakses ruangan ini maka dibutuhkan sebuah akses kontrol pintu (Door Access Control). Sistem absensi yang diteliti berbasis mikrokontroler Arduino dengan modul reader Mifare RC522 untuk membaca tag RFID. Sistem dilengkapi dengan magnetic door lock sebagai pengunci dalam akses kontrol pintu menggunakan relay sebagai kontrol saklarnya. Implementasi antarmuka menggunakan pemrograman Delphi 7 yang terintegrasi dengan komunikasi serial pada sistem perangkat keras. Data yang terekam adalah waktu kehadiran dan kepulangan yang disimpan pada database MS Access 2010. Secara keseluruhan implementasi sistem absensi berbasis RFID dengan door access control berjalan dengan baik sesuai alur dan algoritma yang telah dirancang. Hanya tag yang nomor serialnya sudah diregistrasikan kedalam database yang dapat melakukan absensi dan akses membuka pintu laboratorium. Dengan kemampuan jarak rata-rata maksimal pembacaan tag adalah 4,2 cm untuk berbagai macam tipe tag, maka penggunaan RFID cukup efektif untuk melakukan absensi secara touchless.

An attendance system has been created based on RFID with door access control and attendance system is implemented in the laboratory. The application of RFID technology can be applied to the student card and used for attendance, so students no longer perform signature in hopes to do more quickly, effectively, and safely. The rooms that have limited access only students who can access the room is needed an Door Access Control. Researched attendance system based on Arduino microcontroller with RC522 Mifare reader module to read RFID tags. The system is equipped with a magnetic door lock as locking the door access control using relay as a control switch. Implementation of the interface using Delphi 7 integrated with the serial communication hardware system. Data recorded is time attendance and departure stored in the MS Access database 2010. Overall implementation of RFID based attendance system with door access control goes well with the tracks and the algorithm that has been designed. Just tag serial number has been registered in a database that can confirm their attendance and access open door of the lab. With the ability of the average distance between the maximum reading of the tag is 4,2 cm to various types of tags, the use of RFID effective enough to confirm their attendance by touchless.
