ANALISIS PENENTUAN HARGA POKOK MINYAK KAYU PUTIH DI PABRIK MINYAK KAYU PUTIH SUKUN

Penelitian dengan judul Analisis Penentuan Harga Pokok Minyak Kayu Putih di Pabrik Minyak Kayu Putih Sukun bertujuan untuk mengetahui Harga Pokok Produksi (HPP) daun kayu putih di KPH Madiun dan HPP minyak kayu putih di Pabrik Minyak Kayu Putih (PMKP) Sukun di Kesatuan Bisnis Mandiri Industri Non Kayu (KBMINK) Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam analisis ini menggunakan pendekatan biaya produksi (cost value method) untuk kedua produk tersebut. Metode yang dimaksud adalah menghitung seluruh input terkait selama jangka 30 tahun analisis dengan mengggunakan social discount rate sebesar 5,7% per tahun. Dari realisasi produksi rata-rata daun di KPH Madiun sebesar 1.946,43 kg/hektar/tahun dan jumlah daun yang dimasak sebesar 7.952.442 kg/tahun, hasil penelitian memberikan informasi harga sebagai berikut : (a) HPP daun kayu putih sebesar Rp345,52/kg, (b) HPP minyak kayu putih sebesar Rp144.429,45/kg. Penelitian ini memberikan kesimpulan bahwa dengan ditemukannya HPP masing-masing, maka nilai tersebut merupakan harga dasar yang wajar untuk diterapkan pada tahun tersebut.

The research titled 'Analysis of Cajuput oil Basic Price Determination at Sukun Cajuput Oil Factory aims to find out the Basic Production Price of cajuput leaf at The Forest Management Unit (KPH) Madiun and the Basic Production Price of cajuput oil at the Non Timber Industry Independent Business Association (KBMINK) Surabaya. The method used in this analysis is the cost value method for both products. This method calculates all related input within a thirty-year analysis period using a social discount rate of 5.7% annually. From the average leaf production realization of 1, 946.43 kg/hectare/year at KPH Madiun and the amount of leaf processed reaching 7,952,442 kg/year, this research's results presents the followings: (a) the basic production price of cajuput leaves is Rp345.52, (b) the basic production price of cajuput oil is Rp144,429.45/kg. This research came to a conclusion that by determining the basic production price for each item, the values represent the appropriate basic price to be applied within the said year. Keywords:
