PENGUKURAN PRODUKTIVITAS PARSIAL TENAGA KERJA DI PT GUWATIRTA SEJAHTERA MENGGUNAKAN METODE OBJECTIVE MATRIX (OMAX)

PT Guwatirta Sejahtera merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi air minum dalam kemasan yang memproduksi 3 jenis produk yaitu cup, botol, dan gallon. Perusahaan ini terletak di Karanganyar, Solo. Pengukuran produktivitas merupakan perbandingan antara keluaran yang dihasilkan dengan masukan yang digunakan. Pengukuran ini penting dalam perusahaan, baik pengukuran produktivitas total atau parsial. Melalui pengukuran produktivitas perusahaan dapat melihat perubahan produktivitas, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai evaluasi manajemen, dan pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan indeks produktivitas dan memberi usulan perbaikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Objective Matriks (OMAX) yaitu salah satu metode pengukuran produktivitas, dimana dalam perhitungannya matriks dan rasio kriteria produktivitas yang mempertimbangkan bobot setiap rasionya berdasarkan nilai performansi yang dihasilkan. Pengukuran produktivitas yang dilakukan adalah jenis pengukuran produktivitas parsial tenaga kerja di bagian produksi botol dengan menggunakan 4 rasio, yaitu pertama jumlah produk dibandingkan jumlah tenaga kerja, kedua jumlah produk dibandingkan dengan jumlah jam normal, ketiga jumlah ketidakhadiran pekerja dibandingkan dengan jumlah tenaga kerja dan keempat jumlah jam lembur dibandingkan jumlah jam kerja normal. Periode pengukuran ini adalah Januari sampai Juni, dengan hasil bahwa produktivitas PT Guwatirta Sejahtera mengalami penurunan terhadap periode dasar namun mengalami peningkatan disetiap bulan selama periode. Nilai indikator performansi dasar adalah sebesar 685.29 dan nilai indeks performansi di Bulan Februari sebesar -84.55% di Bulan Maret sebesar -51.07% di Bulan April - 24.89% di Bulan Mei sebesar -16.74% dan di Bulan Juni sebesar -18.88%. Upaya perbaikan yang dilakukan dimulai dari rasio yang memiliki bobot terbesar, dimulai dari rasio pertama, rasio keempat, rasio ketiga, dan rasio kedua.

Measurement of productivity is the ratio between the output generated by inputs used. This measurement is very important in companies, either total or partial productivity measures. By measuring the productivity of the company can see the changes in the level of productivity, so it can be used as a management evaluation, and can be used for decision making. This study aims to determine the company’s productivity index change and to suggest improvements, methods used in this research is the method Objective Matrix (OMAX) is one method of measuring productivity, which in its calculating using a calculation based on the matrix and the ratio of productivity criteria that take into account the weight of each ratio with a value based on the resulting performance, productivity measurement is done is kind of partial productivity measures of labor in the production of the bottle by using the four criteria of productivity is the ratio of the first number of products compared to the amount of labor, both the number of products compared with the number of normal working hours, the third number of worker absenteeism compared to the amount of labor and the fourth number of overtime hours than the number of normal working hours. Performed on the measurement period is the period from January to June, with the result that the productivity PT Guwatirta Sejahtera is decreased toward baseline period but increased efforts to improve each month during the period, basic performance indicator value is equal to 685.29 and the value of the performance index in February of -84.55% in March of -51,07%in April -24.89% in May 16.74% and in June is -18.88%. Improvement efforts are made starting from the ratio which has the greatest weight, starting from the first ratio, the ratio of the fourth, third ratio, and the ratio of the two.
