HUBUNGAN QUALITY OF WORK LIFE DENGAN KOMITMEN AFEKTIF PADA KARYAWAN PT. SEMEN TONASA

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuin hubungan antara Quality of Work Life dengan Komitmen Afektif pada karyawan PT.SEMEN TONASA. Variabel tergantung pada penelitian ini adalah komitmen afektif dengan skala komitmen afektif yang di adaptasi dari penelitian skala komitmen afektif Dian Suhendra (2006). Dan variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Quality of Work Life yang di adaptasi dari penelitian Easton dan kawan-kawan (2013). Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah ada hubungan positif antara Quality of Work Life dengan komitmen afektif pada karyawan PT.SEMEN TONASA. Sampel subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap dan telah bekerja minimal selama dua tahun di PT.SEMEN TONASA. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan analisis korelasi product moment dari Pearson. Hasilnya ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Quality of Work Life dengan Komitmen Afektif pada karyawan PT.SEMEN TONASA dengan r=0,722 dan p=0,000 sehingga hipotesis di terima. Koefisien determinan dalam penelitian ini sebesar 52,1%.

The purpose of this study is to know the relationship between the Quality of Work Life with Affective Commitment to employees PT.Semen Tonasa. Dependent variable in this study is affective commitment with affective commitment scale in the adaptation of affective commitment scale research Dian Suhendra (2006). And the independent variable in this study is the Quality of Work Life, in the adaptation of research Easton and colleagues (2013). The hypothesis is a positive relationship between the Quality of Work Life with affective commitment on employee PT.Semen Tonasa. The sample of this study subjects were permanent employees and have worked for a minimum of two years in PT.Semen Tonasa. The method used is a quantitative method of analysis of the Pearson product moment correlation. The result was no significant relationship between the Quality of Work Life with Affective Commitment to employees PT.Semen Tonasa with r = 0.722 and p = 0.000 so that the hypothesis accepted. Determinant coefficient in this study amounted to 52.1%
