Penelitian tentang Implementasi SKMHT Dalam Akta Notaris Dikaitkan Dengan Peraturan Kepala BPN Nomor 8 Tahun 2012 bertujuan untuk implementasi Peraturan Kepala BPN Nomor 8 Tahun 2012 dalam pembuatan SKMHT oleh Notaris dan implikasi yuridis terhadap SKMHT yang dibuat oleh Notaris yang tidak mengikuti ketentuan Peraturan Kepala BPN Nomor 8 Tahun 2012. Untuk memperoleh data dilakukan penelitian kepustakaaan dan penelitian lapangan. Penelitian kepustakaan untuk memperoleh data sekunder dengan menggunakan studi dokumen sebagai alat pengumpul data. Adapun penelitian lapangan untuk memperoleh data primer yang berasal dari 3 responden Notaris yang ditentukan secara purposive. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam membuat SKMHT Notaris berpedoman pada ketentuan Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris, bukan pada Peraturan Kepala BPN. Ada konsekuensi SKMHT yang dibuat oleh Notaris batal demi hukum jika dibuat dengan berpedoman pada Peraturan Kepala BPN. Secara yuridis akta Notaris tetap merupakan akta otentik jika Notaris membuat SKMHT tidak mengikuti ketentuan Peraturan Kepala BPN Nomor 8 Tahun 2012. Research regarding Implementation of SKHMT in a Notarial Deed in Relation to the Head of BPN Regulation Number 8 of 2012 was aimed to implement the Head of BPN Regulation Number 8 f 2012 in issuing SKHMT by Notary and its juridical implication over SKHMT issued by Notary who disobeying the provision of the Head of BPN Regulation Number 8 of 2012. To obtain data, conducted library research and field research. Library research was conducted to obtain secondary data through documental study as tool to collect data. Whereas field research was conducted to obtain primary data derived from 3 notaries respondent, whom determined purposively. Research result showed that when issuing SKHMT, notary referred to the provision of the Notary Position Law, instead of Head of BPN Regulatin. Wheres the consequences of SKHMT issued by notary would be null and void if referred to the Head of BPN Regulation. Juridically, there were legal consequences for Notary issuing SKHMT by not referring to the Head of BPN Regulation Number 8 of 2012. Key words : SKMHT, Notarial Deed, Head of BPN Regulation
