2015 | Tesis | S2 Teknik SipilDampak dari curah hujan yang cukup tinggi, di tambah lagi dengan beban lalu lintas yang tidak terkendali, tentu akan mendorong terjadinya kerusakan dini pada konstruksi perkerasan aspal, berupa retak serta terjadi deformasi yang kami indikasikan karena terjadi pelunakan dan pengurangan kelekatan pada aspal. Maka sangat perlu di lakukan penelitian tentang analisis pemanfaatan bahan alam kapur padam, sebagai pemenuhan bahan pengisi ( Filler ) dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja, kekuatan, ketahanan, stabilitas dan durabilitas campuran AC-WC gradasi halus. Untuk mewujudkan kondisi jalan yang berkualitas maka perlu teknologi penanganan yang bernilai ekonomis (Social Cost), yaitu salah satu alternative adalah memberikan bahan pengisi (filler) yang dapat digunakan dalam campuran beton aspal yaitu kapur padam (hydrated lime), karena harganya relative murah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan 5 variasi campuran yaitu variasi 1( 100% debu batu), variasi 2 (75% debu batu), variasi 3 (50% debu batu – 50% kapur padam), variasi 4 (75% kapur padam), dan variasi 5 (100% kapur padam). Dengan uji Stabilitas Marshall pada kadar aspal rencana, pada kadar aspal optimum, dan terhadap RMS, serta Durabilitas Marshall, Durabilitas Modifikasi dengan durasi waktu perendaman, 0 hari (0,5 jam), 1 hari (24 jam), 2 hari (48 jam), 4 hari (96 jam), dan 7 hari (168 jam). Hasil pengujian variasi 1, 2, 3, 4 dan 5 secara berurutan dengan nilai KAO, 5,7%, 6,3%, 6,6%, 6,8%, dan 7,2%. Nilaikarakteristik Marshall meliputi stabilitas, flow dan MQ yaitu variasi 1 (1221 kg, 4,7 mm, 263 kg/mm), variasi 2 (1346 kg, 4,2 mm, 320 kg/mm), variasi 3 ( 1362 kg, 3,7 mm, 373 kg/mm), variasi 4 (1434 kg, 3,4 mm, 417 kg/mm) dan variasi 5 (1533 kg, 3,2 mm, 479 kg/mm). Indeks kekuatan sisa dari perendaman standar 24 jam masing – masing variasi 1, 2, 3, 4 dan 5 adalah 98,5%, 93,9%, 94,4%, 92,5% dan 91,6%. Nilai IDP mulai dari campuran variasi 1 (100% debu batu) mengalami kehilangan kekuatan (r) total sebesar 0,64%, dan campuran variasi 2 (75% debu batu) dengan (r) total 0,87%, campuran variasi 3 (50% kapur padam) dengan (r) total 0,48% dan campuran variasi 4 (75% kapur padam) dengan (r) total 0,52%, kemudian campuran variasi 5 (100% kapur, padam) dengan total kehilangan kekuatan (r) total sebesar 0,69%. Nilai IDK (a) pada campuran variasi 1 (100% debu batu) dengan (a) total sebesar 21,6%, dan campuran variasi 2 (75% debu batu) dengan (a) total 24,5%, campuran variasi 3 (50% kapur padam) dengan (a) total 11,4% dan campuran variasi 4 (75% kapur padam) dengan (a) total 12,9%, kemudian campuran variasi 5 (100% kapur padam) dengan total kehilangan kekuatan (a) total sebesar 16,1%. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa campuran variasi 3 dan campuran variasi 4 dengan KAO, 6,6% dan 6,8% mempunyai nilai stabilitas, durabilitas yang paling baik.

Test results variation 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 in a sequence with the optimum bitumen content value, 5,7%, 6,3%, 6,6%, 6,8%, and 7,2%. Residual strength index of the standard 24 - hour immersion each variation 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 is the 98,5%, 93,9%, 94,4%, 92,5% and 91,6%. IDK value (a) in a mixture of variation 1(100% stone dust) with (a) a total of 21,6%, and a mixture of variation of 2 (75% stone dust) with (a) a total of 24,5%, a mixture of variation 3 (50% hydrated lime) with (a) a total of 11,4% and a mixture of variation of 4 (75% hydrated lime) with (a) a total of 12,9%, then mix variation of 5 (100% hydrated lime) with a total loses trength (a) a total of 16,1%. From the results of the studys howedth at a mixture of variations 3 and 4 with KAO mix variations, 6,6% and 6,8% has the value stability, of the most better durability.
