ANALISIS NILAI WAJAR PERUSAHAAN BUMN FARMASI SEHUBUNGAN DENGAN PELAKSANAAN BPJS-KESEHATAN STUDI KASUS PADA PT KIMIA FARMA TBK DAN PT INDO FARMA TBK

Penilaian perusahaan adalah memperkirakan nilai suatu perusahaan di masa yang akan datang dengan menggunakan estimasi faktor-faktor fundamental yang mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan di masa yang akan datang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis nilai wajar perusahaan PT Kimia Farma Tbk dan PT Indofarma Tbk sehubungan dengan pelaksanaan BPJSKesehatan ( Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial-kesehatan). Metode valuasi (penilaian) perusahaan ini menggunakan metode free cash flow to the firm (FCFF).Analisis ini dilakukan dengan memproyeksikan besarnya aliran kas yang diharapkan investor dan dikonversikan menjadi nilai sekarang (present value) dengan memakai tingkat diskonto biaya modal perusahaan. Hasil analisis nilai wajar perusahaan PT Kimia Farma Tbk dan PT Indofarma Tbk setelah pelaksanaan BPJS-kesehatan akan meningkat. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa PT Kimia Farma Tbk dan PT Indofarma Tbk mampu memaksimalkan opportunity program BPJS-kesehatan dan mengemban misi sosial sebagai BUMN farmasi secara berkelanjutan.

Company valuation is to estimate the value of a company in the future by using the estimated fundamental factors that affect the value of the company in the future. The purpose of this study was to analyze the value of state-owned enterprises pharmaceutical sector : PT Kimia Farma Tbk and PT Indofarma Tbk in relation to the implementation of BPJS for Health.( Healthcare and Social Security Agency) The valuation method of this analysis using free cash flow to the firm (FCFF). Analysis is performed by projecting the magnitude of the investors expected cash flow and converted into present value using a discount rate of cost ofcapital. The results of the analysis is the value of the company PT Kimia Farma Tbk and PT Indofarma after implementation BPJS for health insurance will increase. Its reveal that PT Kimia Farma Tbk and PT Indofarma able to maximize the opportunity BPJS for health programs and the mission of the social as state-owned enterprises pharmaceutical sector continously.
