The statistic descriptive also reveals that the DGT’s has a moderate internal locus of control tendency, low organizational constraints perception, and high organizational justice perception. It has implication that DGT should more enhance its internal control to complement the employees’ self control, maintain its organizational constraints and organizational justice level.
