Kebutuhan untuk mengabadikan sebuah momen penting membutuhkan dokumentasi berupa foto atau video, sehingga mendorong peluang bisnis jasa fotografi. Menurut BPS (2013) sektor jasa memiliki pertumbuhan yang sangat positif, pada tahun 2010 nilainya Rp. 660,4 triliun naik menjadi Rp. 888,7 triliun. Ini membuktikan bahwa adanya prospek yang bagus pada sektor jasa untuk tahun-tahun yang akan datang. Tiga Studio sebagai usaha persewaan fotografi memiliki peluang untuk dikembangkan di kota Yogyakarta. Rencana bisnis Tiga Studio menggunakan metode observasi, focus group discussion (FGD) dan wawancara. Wawancara dilakukan dengan pemilik usaha sejenis untuk mengetahui gambaran bisnis persewaan. FGD dilakukan untuk mengetahui karakteristik dan perilaku pelanggan potensial. Perhitungan rencana keuangan menunjukkan hasil yang positif dengan menggunakan tiga skenario untuk jangka waktu 5 tahun. Skenario pesimis, IRR 22%, NPV Rp. 237.527.319 dan Payback period 2 tahun 8 bulan. Skenario normal, IRR 52%, NPV Rp. 854.096.870 dan Payback period 1 tahun 7 bulan. Skenario pesimis, IRR 73%, NPV Rp. 1.340.828.768 dan Payback period 9 bulan. Ketiga skenario ini dapat melilhat kelayakan bisnis dan diharapkan mampu meminimalisir risiko yang terjadi

The need to capture an important moment requires documentation in the form of photos or videos, so as to encourage business opportunities photography services. According to BPS (2013) the service sector has a very positive growth, in 2010 the value of Rp. 660.4 trillion to Rp. 888.7 trillion. This proves that there is a good prospect in the service sector for years to come. Tiga studios as rental business photography has a chance to be developed in the city of Yogyakarta. Tiga studio business plan using the method of observation, focus group discussion (FGD) and interviews. Interviews were conducted with similar business owners to know the description of the rental business. FGD were conducted to determine the characteristics and behavior of potential customers. The calculation of the financial plan shows positive results using three scenarios for a period of 5 years. Pessimistic scenario, 22% IRR, NPV IDR 237.527.319 and payback period of 2 years 8 months.Normal scenario, IRR 52%, NPV IDR 854.096.870 and payback period of 1 year 7 months.Pessimistic scenario, 73% IRR, NPV IDR 1.340.828.768 and payback period of 9 months. The third scenario could see the feasibility of the business and is expected to minimize the risk.
