FORMULATING THE BUSINESS MODEL OF SECRET BEAUTY SEOUL

2014 | Tesis | S2 ManajemenStudi ini mencapai tujuan yang mengembangkan model bisnis baru, Secret Beauty Seoul di Jakarta, dengan menggunakan business model canvas. Business model canvas terdiri dari sembilan bangunan, adalah segmen pelanggan, penawaran nilai, saluran, hubungan pelanggan, sumber daya utama, aktivitas utama, mitra usaha, sumber pendapatan, dan struktur biaya. Studi ini menggunakan data primer dari hasil wawancara dan kuestioner yang dimulai dari pada tanggal 20 Juni 2014 sampai tanggal 19 Juli 2014. Penelitian ini membangunkan model bisinis dan menghitung akhir payback period. Perhitungan akhir payback period memperlihatkan hasil positif dan memberikan kesempatan yang baik untuk pempangunan model bisnis baru Secret Beauty Seoul.
This study aims to formulate the business model of Secret Beauty Seoul in Jakarta, using business model canvas which is consists of nine building blocks. There are customer segment, value proposition, channels, customer relationship, key resources, key activities, key partnerships, revenue stream, and cost structure in nine building blocks. This research is using primary data which is obtained from the analysis of two different kinds of questionnaires and interviews. To get the result, share the questionnaires and interviews started from 20th June 2014 until 19th July 2014. This study develops the business model and calculates the final payback period. The final payback period calculation describes positive results and shows a good possibility for setting up the new business model of Secret Beauty Seoul.
