USER ACCEPTANCE TOWARDS DEBT MANAGEMENT AND FINANCIAL ANALYSIS SYSTEM (DMFAS) APPLICATION VERSION 6 IN THE DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF DEBT MANAGEMENT, MINISTRY OF FINANCE OF INDONESIA

A new IT system implementation in an organization may face some problems including users’ resistance to use the application. Directorate General of Debt Management is one of organizations under Ministry of Finance of Indonesia implementing new debt management application called DMFAS Version 6. By using Technology Acceptance Model and DeLone and McLean's Model of IS Success as theory basis, this research tries to set the model to measure the acceptance level of the employees on the application while identifying any factors influencing that level. This research analyzes 55 usable data from 67 records collected from respondents participating in a survey. The research finds that factors influencing user acceptance on DMFAS Version 6 application in Directorate General of Debt Management, Ministry of Finance of Indonesia are subjective norm, System quality, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and intention to use. On the other hand, information quality does not give significant influence to users’ acceptance toward the application.
