Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi hingga saat ini berkembang begitu pesat. Dewasa ini teknologi dan informasi sudah menjadi kebutuhan oleh kalangan masyarakat. Salah satu implementasinya yaitu pengaturan lampu dan kunci pintu pada rumah. Kebanyakan orang malas untuk melihat keadaan lampu dan kunci pintu di rumah ketika mereka sedang bersantai. Kebiasaan mereka didalam rumah tidak terlepas dari handphone. Handphone sering dilibatkan dalam melakukan berbagai aktivitas. Tetapi pada saat melakukan satu aktivitas, manusia tidak dapat melakukan aktivitas lain diberbeda tempat. Maka dibuatlah perangkat pengatur dan pengawas keadaan lampu dan kunci pintu dalam rumah. Sistem perangkat ini terdiri dari handphone dengan system operasi android sebagai interface antara manusia dan sistem, Module Bluetooth HC-05 sebagai transmitter dan receiver dan pengendali dari sistem ini menggunakan Arduino Uno R3. Driver actuator digunakan untuk mengubah nyala/mati lampu rumah dan motor servo digunakan sebagai pengunci pintu.. Jarak maksimal sistem ini pada ruangan terbuka yaitu 70 m, dan pada ruangan tertutup seperti rumah dengan ukuran 10 m x 8 meter, sistem dapat menjangkau semua ruangan.

The developing of technology and information is happening really fast these days. Nowadays, technology and information had become the need on the society. One of the implementation is setting the lamp and door-lock in the house. Most people feel the laziness to control the condition of the lamps and the door-lock in their house when they're on such relieving condition. The habit they can't leave is that they carry their cellphone around. Cellphone oftenly used to do so many activities. But when they do one certain activity, they can't do other activities in different area. Therefore we need to make a device to set and control the lamp and the door-lock inside the house. The device system consist of a cellphone with android system operation as the interface between human and the system, HC-05 Bluetooth module as the transmitter and the receiver, and also as the controller this device is using arduino uno r3. The Driver actuator is use to change the on/off of the lamp, while the servo motor is use as the door-lock. The maximum distance for this system is 70 meters for opened room, and for closed room like a house with the size of 10x8meters, this system can go through all the rooms
