Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antar iklim keselamatan, motivasi keselamatan, dan perilaku keselamatan kerja pada PT. Wika Realty. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk mendukung hipotesis yang diajukan adalah metode analisis regresi berganda. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan-karyawan lapangan yang bekerja di Proyek Rusunawa UGM PT. Wika Realty. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 63 orang. Pengujian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa iklim keselamatan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan motivasi keselamatan dan perilaku keselamatan kerja, motivasi keselamatan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan perilaku keselamatan kerja, serta motivasi keselamatan memediasi secara parsial hubungan iklim keselamatan dengan perilaku keselamatan kerja. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa para karyawan lapangan Proyek Rusunawa UGM PT. Wika Realty memiliki iklim keselamatan dan motivasi keselamatan yang tinggi, sehingga menimbulkan perilaku keselamatan kerja yang baik di lapangan.

Business is something that can develop rapidly, and therefore companies are required to be able to see the changes happening around them. Business people require an evaluation of the strategies that they run in order to make adjustments to changes. In addition, the evaluation strategy also aims to look at the obstacles that occur in the strategy and implementation of the strategy at the time. Error in determining the strategy may affect the performance of the company as not achieving the targets that have been set. This study has the objective to evaluate and analyze the strategies implemented as GMF Power Services business unit of GMF. There are factors that can influence the strategies that have been implemented by GMF Power Services both internal and external factors. The results of this study found one of the strategies of GMF Power Services available at this time less in accordance with the development of the industry at this time. One of the strategies that need to be adjusted was on capability development GMF Power Services to be able to perform maintenance and repairs to the type of Diesel engine. GMF should be able to make adjustments to improve their ability not only on the type of diesel engine. This is done because of the increase in electricity demand in Indonesia continues to increase. The increasing electricity demand in Indonesia also have an impact on the increasing demand for gas turbine engines, and gas turbine engine manufacturers are not only owned by Caterpillar (Solar).
