PERANCANGAN SISTEM PEMILIHAN PEMASOK PADA TAHAP PRA KUALIFIKASI DI PT THIESS CONTRACTORS INDONESIA

Proses pengadaan dimulai dengan proses pemilihan pemasok yang tepat untuk memastikan barang yang dibutuhkan dalam proses produksi tersedia sesuai kebutuhan. Manajemen hubungan pemasok dapat diterapkan sebelum pemilihan pemasok terjadi dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan daftar pemasok potensial. Konsep penentuan pemasok potensial ini membantu agen pembelian untuk memilih pemasok untuk bekerjasama dengan perusahaan. PT. Thiess Contractors Indonesia merupakan sebuah perusahaan komersial yang bergerak di bidang pertambangan dan E.P.C yang membutuhkan satu sistem pemilihan pemasok pada babak pra kualifikasi untuk menunjang proses produksi. Proses inspeksi dilakukan sebagai metoda pemilihan pemasok potensial dengan melakukan penilaian terhadap kriteria-kriteria tertentu. Permasalahan terjadi ketika sistem yang digunakan saat ini tidak sesuai untuk seluruh pemasok yang menyebabkan penilai memberikan nilai dengan subjektivitas individu. Hal ini semakin bermasalah ketika terdapat banyak penilai dan tidak ada standar antar penilai. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menetapkan suatu standar penilaian sehingga setiap penilai mampu memberikan penilaian yang objektif terhadap kondisi pemasok dan sistem yang sesuai untuk seluruh jenis pemasok. Berdasarkan sistem yang berlaku saat ini di PT. Thiess Indonesia, penulis melakukan perbaikan terhadap sistem dengan cara melakukan revisi ulang terhadap kriteria yang digunakan dalam penilaian, penentuan bobot, dan penentuan batas kelas diterimanya suatu pemasok untuk bekerjasama dengan PT. Thiess Indonesia. Penentuan bobot dilakukan dengan metoda Borda untuk setiap klasifikasi barang. Dengan adanya suatu mekanisme penilaian yang dapat digunakan untuk seluruh pemasok akan memberikan hasil penilaian yang objektif antar penilai dan memudahkan proses pengambilan keputusan bagi agen pembelian.

The problem occurs when the current system is not appropriate for all suppliers that lead appraiser to value the individual subjectivity. This is increasingly problematic kerika there are many appraisers and no standard inter- rater The study was conducted with the aim to establish a standard of assessment so that each appraiser is able to provide an objective assessment of the condition of the supplier and the system suitable for all types of suppliers. Under the current system in PT . Thiess Indonesia , the authors make improvements to the system by way of revision of the criteria used in the assessment , weighting , and determining the class limit for receipt of a supplier in cooperation with PT . Thiess Indonesia . Weighting is done with the Borda method for each classification of goods . Given a scoring mechanism that can be used for all suppliers will provide an objective assessment between assessors and facilitate decision making process for purchasing agents.
