KINERJA KARYAWAN AGROWISATA DALAM MENDUKUNG PENGEMBANGAN AGROWISATA KAMPOENG KOPI BANARAN, KABUPATEN SEMARANG

Pengembangan agrowisata sebagai salah satu upaya pengembangan wisata alam di perkebunan memberikan harapan yang besar. Penelitian dengan pendekatan mixed method ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kinerja karyawan agrowisata dalam mendukung pengembangan agrowisata Kampoeng Kopi Banaran di Kabupaten Semarang. Data dikumpulkan dari 56 orang responden (sampel) melalui kuestioner serta wawancara dengan pengelola agrowisata. Hasil analisa terhadap berbagai indikator menunjukkan bahwa ada korelasi positif antara kinerja karyawan dengan tingkat pemahaman atas pengembangan agrowisata Kampoeng Kopi Banaran, artinya semakin tinggi nilai kinerja karyawan, akan semakin tinggi pula tingkat pemahaman atas pengembangan agrowisata. Sedangkan analisa lebih lanjut menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi secara positif oleh umur, tingkat pendidikan, status kepegawaian serta pengalaman kerja. Sedangkan jenis kelamin dan status dalam keluarga tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai kinerja karyawan. Dalam rangka mendukung pengembangan agrowisata Kampoeng Kopi Banaran, khususnya dalam menyiapkan sumber daya manusia untuk mendukung pengembangan agrowisata sebagai industri pelayanan, diperlukan sistem rekrut dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang berbeda dengan sistem rekrut dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia di perkebunan sebagai industri primer.

The purpose of this study is to determine the development of agrotourism Kampoeng Kopi Banaran and to analyze employee performance in supporting the development of agrotourism in Kampoeng Kopi Banaran, PTPN IX. In particular the goal is to find out how management efforts in developing agrotourism Kampoeng Kopi Banaran, management of human resources in support the development of agrotourism, employee performance in supporting the development of agrotourism, and contribution of Kampoeng Kopi Banaran to increase the value-added and income of the Getas Estates. The study is mixed methods. Samples of this research are 56 respondents. While data analysis in this research using multiple regression analysis using F test and t test. The results of the data analysis of socio-demographic explain that influence on the performance showed that age, gender, education, family status, employment status and work experience positively affect employee performance. While F-test states that jointly age, gender, education, family status, employment status and work experience affect the performance. t test in this research shows there is no significant influence of gender on the performance, no significant influence of the family status on the performance. Analysis of performance data states that the influence of understanding shows the results of F test is jointly affect the understanding of the performance of agrotourism, and t-test showed there was significant relationship between the performance of the agrotourism understanding. The conclusions of this study are that there is a positive and significant influence of socio-demographic on emplyoee performance and there is a positive and significant influence between employee performance against agrotourism understanding in Kampoeng Kopi Banaran.
