RANCANG BANGUN INTEROPERABILITAS BASISDATA TERDISTRIBUSI MENGGUNAKAN WEB API

Sistem Informasi berbagi akses data antar organisasi pemerintah merupakan kebutuhan utama dalam meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Beberapa alasan dalam membangun basisdata terdistribusi adalah pemakaian bersama, kehandalan, ketersediaan, dan kecepatan pemrosesan query. Dengan pertimbangan tersebut instansi-instansi pemerintah diharapkan memanfaatkan aplikasi interoperabilitas dengan basisdata terdistribusi. Arsitektur sistem dibangun dengan metode Web Service API dengan memanfaatkan metode Representationalal State Transfer Web Service dalam proses komunikasi antar jaringan, dengan model pertukaran informasi menggunakan Java Script Object Notation. Koneksi data yang menggunakan getURL sehingga server basisdata dapat berkomunikasi. Melalui model Web Service dengan get/post pertukaran data pada sistem interoperabilitas antar Sistem Informasi Pertanahan dan Sistem Informasi Kependudukan serta Sistem Informasi PPAT dapat terwujud. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, dengan menggunkan getData sistem mampu menemukan data dan mengirimkan melalui Web Service dengan getPOST untuk melayani transaksi basisdata saat ada permintaan data, Dengan demikian model interoperabilitas database dapat terdistribusi untuk dipakai bersama-sama.

System Information sharing among government organizations access to data is a primary requirement in improving services to the public. Some reasons to build a distributed database is a joint use, reliability, availability, and speed of query processing. With these considerations Government agencies are expected to take advantage of application interoperability with distributed databases. The system architecture is built with Web Service API method by utilizing the method Representationalal State Transfer Web Service in the process of communication between the network, the information exchange model using Java Script Object Notation. Data connection using getURL that database server can communicate. Through a Web Service models with get / post data exchange interoperability between systems and the Land Information System for Population Information System and Information System PPAT can be realized. Based on test results, by using the getData system was able to find the data and transmit via the Web Service with getPOST to serve the transactions database when there is a data request, thus the model can be distributed database interoperability for shared.
