PERANCANGAN DAN IMPLEMENTASI DATA WAREHOUSE IZIN MENDIRIKAN BANGUNAN (STUDI KASUS DINAS PERIZINAN KOTA YOGYAKARTA)

Dinas perizinan kota yogyakarta memiliki 3 sistem informasi izin mendirikan bangunan untuk mendukung pengelolaan pelayanan izin ini, sistem-sistem informasi itu adalah : Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Perizinan, Sistem Informasi Izin Mendirikan Bangunan, sistem informasi dokumen arsip Izin Mendirikan Bangunan. Dari ke 3 sistem informasi tersebut bilamana Dinas Perizinan membutuhkan analisis data yang melibatkan data-data pendaftaran, disposisi berkas, retribusi, sk terbit, dan lokasi arsip maka petugas masih harus men-query ke dalam 3 database dari ketiga sistem informasi diatas, kemudian di eksport ke data excel, dimana data excel akan tersebut digabungkan dan di olah untuk menjadi laporan-laporan gabungan. Proses tersebutlah yang membuat analisis data izin mendirikan bangunan menjadi tidak mudah dan membutuhkan waktu lama dan petugas khusus yang memiliki kemampuan di bidang query database, sehingga diperlukan pembuatan Data warehouse. Metode yang digunakan dalam membangun perancangan data warehouse ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode desain data warehouse multidimensi atau sering disebut dengan Nine Step Desain Methode Sistem Yang Dirancang tools OLAP dan OLTP ini dapat memberikan keleluasaan user untuk mendapatkan informasi atau facts yang diinginkan oleh user dengan cara slide, dice, pivot, drill down dan drill up pada dimensi OLAP, Pentaho kettle, mondrian. Hasil penelitian ini membantu petugas pelayanan untuk menjawab kebutuhan informasi terkait disposisi berkas, retribusi, dan sk terbit, arsip dokumen.

Building Permit is a kind of license, the most license, whose the information is needed for those who have importance, either for this intenal institution or the external institution. Therefore, Permit Department of Yogyakarta has 3 information systems of IMB to support organizing this permit service. Those systems are: Information System of Permit Service, Information System of Building Permit, and Information System of Building Permit file document. From those systems, when Licensing Department need to analyze data which involve registration data, sheaf disposition, retribution, decree releasing, and files location, the officers still have to query into 3 database from those three systems, and then, have to export excel data in which the data will be mixed and processed to be composite report. Those processes make data analysis of building permit difficult and complex so that the data analysis needs skillful officer in query database and data warehouse. Data warehouse make those Licensing Department data which have 3 systems and 3 database so that it can support organizing the service to be intergrated and simple to help the officers analyzing data in taking the strategic, quick, and appropriate conclusion. The method used in this research is a multidimensional design of data warehouse method called Nine Steps Design Method System. The method designed by tools OLAP and OLTP can give discretion to get information or facts needed by the users with sliding, dicing, pivoting, drilling down, and drilling up on OLAP dimension, , Pentaho kettle, mondrian. The result of the research hoped can help the service officers to support the information related to sheaf disposition, retribution, decree releasing, and file documents.
