SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN SELEKSI CALON USTADZ MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS. (STUDI KASUS: PONDOK MODERN DARUSSALAM GONTOR I PONOROGO)

Seiring dengan perkembangan ilmu dan teknologi informasi, pemanfaatan komputer diberbagai bidang telah menjadi suatu keharusan. Pemilihan calon ustadz dimaksudkan untuk menyeleksi ustadz yang siap mengabdi di Gontor. Gontor merupakan salah satu sekolah yang setara dengan SMA yang selalu mengadakan seleksi ustadz setiap tahunnya untuk disebarkan di seluruh instansi pendidikan di Indonesia. Agar proses seleksi calon ustadz yang diproyeksikan untuk mengajar di Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor I ini dapat dilakukan secara lebih obyektif. Untuk itulah Gontor memerlukan sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu dalam proses pengambilan keputusan yaitu salah satunya dengan cara pembuatan “Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Seleksi Calon Ustadz”. Pada proses seleksi guru yang dilakukan di Gontor masih terdapat kendala yaitu: Gontor dalam melakukan seleksi ustadz masih masing menggunakan Microsoft access dan ditampilkan secara manual, disamping itu hanya mengandalkan tenaga ustadz senior dan bagian pengasuhan santri untuk mengevaluasi disiplin santri kelas 6, maka tidak memberikan hasil yang maksimal Untuk memecahkan permasalahan tersebut, maka dibuat Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Seleksi Calon Ustadz Menggunakan Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil dari proses sistem ini adalah berupa daftar 90 peringkat terbaik yang akan menjadi calon ustadz di pondok modern Darussalam Gontor I dan mengabdikan diri selama 1 tahun untuk mengajar.

The teacher achievement for the purpose of selecting the best teachers who are ready to teach in Gontor with all the ability of sciences and total loyalty. Gontor is one of school that is equivalent to a high school that has always held a Teacher Selection each year to spread throughout the educational institutions in Indonesia. In order for the process of selection of candidates chaplain projected to teach in Islamic Boarding School of Gontor can be more objective. For that Gontor required to make a system that can help in the decision making process is one way of making \\"Decision Support System for Teaching Selection\\". According to the teacher selection process Darussalam Islamic Boarding School of Gontor, there are problems such: Gontor do not have experts in the information technology, Gontor in teaching selection still using Microsoft Access and display it manually, in addition to just rely on the senior chaplain and part nurture students to evaluate the discipline 6th grade students, it does not give maximum results, To solve these problems, it is made Decision Support System for selecting the teachers Using The Analytical Hierarchy Process Methods. The results of the process of this system is a list of the 90 best rankings will be the chaplain candidate in Darussalam Islamic Boarding School of Gontor I and served for one year to teach.
