Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengumpul data-data nyeri kepala dari patient RSUP Dr. Sardjito pada tahun 2012. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif demographi. Hasil: Patient nyeri kepala pada tahun 2012 ada sebanyak 202. Kebanyakan adalah cewek. Kesimpulan: Migraine dan TTH adalah terbanyak didiagnosis dalam RSUP DR. Sardjito Yogyakarta. Background: Headache is very common in the public population. It is experienced by almost everyone. It is estimated that 93% of men and 99% of women have experienced at least one episode of headache in their lives. The International Headache Society classifies headaches into the three wide categories. Aim: This study is carried out to pool and analyze the information of patient having headache. Method: This research is conducted from September until December 2014, used descriptive observational and analytical study with more than 100 patients in RSUP DR. Sardjito Yogyakarta in 2012. These data are collected from the medical record of RSUP DR. Sardjito Yogyakarta. Result: In this study, a total of 202 patients of headache were included. The overall mean age of the patients was 35.9 years old. The majority of patient was female which was 69.31% (140) and the remaining 30.69% (62) was male. 80 patients felt the headache appeared in their whole head. Conclusion: Migraine and TTH were the most majority diagnosed in RSUP DR. Sardjito Yogyakarta. Keywords: Headache, 2012, RSUP DR.
