Desain Ulang Map Berkas Rekam Medis di Rumah Sakit DKT Dr. Soetarto Yogyakarta

2015 | Tugas Akhir | D3 REKAM MEDISLatar Belakang : Salah satu fungsi penyimpanan berkas rekam medis bertujuan untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat ditemukan kembali berkas rekam medis yang disimpan dalam rak filing. Di Rumah Sakit DKT Dr. Soetarta Yogyakarta masih ada kesulitan dalam pencarian berkas karena belum adanya lidah sebagai tempat nomor rekam medis yang terlihat saat berkas berada dalam rak penyimpanan, istilah lidah adalah sisi kanan yang menonjol dari bagian belakang map berkas rekam medis. Bahan map memakai kertas dupleks karton yang masih mudah rusak saat digunakan sebagai map berkas rekam medis. Di map rekam medis juga belum terdapat item tahun kunjangan terakhir yang bisa berguna untuk mengetahui tahun terakhir pasien berkunjung ke rumah sakit. Tujuan : menghasilkan desain ulang map berkas rekam medis sesuai kebutuhan dan lebih mempermudah petugas rekam medis dalam melakukan pekerjaan pada bagian penyimpanan di Rumah Sakit DKT Dr. Soetarto Yogyakarta. Proses Pembuatan Rancangan: Diawali dengan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara kepada subjek penelitian yang berkaitan dengan map berkas, dan dibantu dengan teori pendukung rancangan map berkas rekam medis. Membuat tiga rancangan alternatif map untuk dipilih satu yang paling sesuai dengan keadaan dan kebutuhan. Hasil: Mengacu pada kebutuhan pengguna, fokus untuk menyederhanakan, mempermudah petugas dalam pengambilan dan penyimpanan berkas rekam medis, dan memperbaiki kualitas kertas yang lebih kuat dengan ukuran 22.5 x 33.5 cm. Miniatur dengan skala 1:1.5 Biaya cetak 1000 dengan harga 2.300 rupiah/map sudah termasuk penjepit. Cetak 500 dengan harga 2500 rupiah/map sudah termasuk penjepit.
