dalam perkembangan dunia teknologi terus berkembang , termasuk perkembangan teknologi di dunia otomotif .Yang sebelumnya diatur secara mekanis listrik saat ini sudah diatur oleh ECM ( elektronik kontrol modul ). ECM mengatur banyak hal yang modern seperti mesin pembakaran dalam , sistem pengapian , pengisian , dan bahan bakar dalam mobil .Semua itu bertujuan untuk mencapai tingkat efisiensi yang tinggi . Mesin modern yang telah digunakan ( elektronik kontrol modul ) ECM sebagai regulator dalam sistem bahan bakar telah mengklaim lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan efisiensi mesin konvensional .Dikeluarkan oleh partikel bahan bakar sistem injeksi bahan bakar ( EFI ) elektronik yang ditemukan pada mesin modern akan lebih kecil dengan bantuan dari para penyuntik. Maksud dan tujuan dari pembuatan proyek ini merupakan yang terakhir untuk menguji dan membandingkan konsumsi bahan bakar dari mesin honda jazz VTEC dengan mesin toyota kijang 5k .Uji coba ini dilakukan oleh beberapa parameter , rasio kompresi , jenis bahan bakar dan jenis sistem yang digunakan pada mesin ini .

Developments in the world of technology continues to evolve, including the development of technology in the automotive world. Formerly regulated mechanically are now regulated by the electrical ECM (Electronic Control Module). ECM set many things in modern combustion engines such as, ignition systems, charging, and fuel in the vehicle. All it aims to achieve a high efficiency rate. Modern machines that have been used ECM (Electronic Control Module) as a regulator of the fuel system in claim has higher efficiency compared with conventional engines. Fuel particles ejected by the system electronic fuel injection (EFI) found on modern machines will be smaller with the help of the injector. The purpose and goal of making this final project was to test and compare the fuel consumption of the engine Honda Jazz VTEC engine with Toyota Kijang 5K. The test is performed by several parameters, compression ratio, type of fuel and the type of system used on the machine.
