PERANCANGAN ULANG TATA RUANG KERJA REKAM MEDIS DI RUMAH SAKIT ISLAM YOGYAKARTA PDHI

Perekam medis merupakan profesi yang memfokuskan kegiatannya pada data pelayanan kesehatan dan pengelolaan sumber informasi pelayanan kesehatan dengan menjabarkan sifat alami data, struktur dan menjelaskannya ke berbagai bentuk informasi demi kemajuan kesehatan dan pelayanan kesehatan perorangan, pasien dan masyarakat. Tujuan diadakannya rekam medis adalah untuk menunjang tertib administrasi dalam rangka meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Kualitas hubungan antar pemakai dengan lingkungan kerja akan menentukan kenyamanan dan kesehatan pegawai kantor pada umumnya, serta efisiensi produksi dalam ruang kantor tersebut, begitu pula dengan kualitas hubungan ruang kerja rekam medis dengan perekam medis. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan, saat ini ruang rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Islam Yogyakarta PDHI sebenarnya sudah tertata namun belum memadai karena ruangan masih terlalu sempit, serta penyimpanan berkas in-aktif masih ditempatkan di kardus, jarak antara roll o pack dan rak juga terlalu sempit sehingga petugas tidak leluasa jika ingin mengambil berkas serta meja kerja assembling, coding, indexing dan pelaporan masih belum menempatkan dengan jelas. Karena menurut aturan yang berlaku ukuran antar meja itu 2 meter, dan kenyataannya di Rumah Sakit Islam Yogyakarta PDHI tidak ada 2 meter.

Because according to the rules that apply across the table size was 2 meters, and in fact in the Islamic Hospital Yogyakarta PDHI no 2 meters. So according to the designer must redesign as not in accordance with the rules. From the results of the expected service redesign medical records clerk at the Islamic Hospital in Yogyakarta PDHI will be better and more effective .
