Perkembangan teknologi di dunia yang semakin pesat mengakibatkan dibutuhkannya tenaga profesional dalan jumlah yang besar. Dengan demikian, dibuatnya tugas akhir yang berjudul rekondisi suzuki shogun 125 cc ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam hal maintenance motor suzuki shogun 125 cc. Dalam pengerjaan tugas akhir ini, melalui beberapa proses yaitu overhaul ,penggantian , pengukuran, dan repair. Komponen-komponen sepeda motor yang diganti seperti jok, packing set,oil. Untuk komponen yang dilakukan pengkuran antara lain piston dan camshaft. Untuk komponen yang dilakukan repair yaitu, ulir magnet dan balancing crankshaft. Literatur tahapan-tahapan proses pengukuran dan penggantian komponen diperoleh dari pengalaman saat praktik maupun dari manual book dari Suzuki. Tujuan dibuatnya tugas akhir rekondisi Suzuki shogun 125 cc yaitu, untuk memperbaiki ulir crankcase dan ulir magnet crankshaft yang mengalami keausan serta balancing crankshaft. Sehinggan motor Suzuki Shogun 125 cc tersebut dapat berkerja secara optimal.

Technology development in the world are becoming more rapidly resulted and need for a great number of professionals. Thus , the end for the final project of duty titled Recondition Suzuki Shogun 125 cc is expected to help student to understant system suzuki shogun 125 cc . This final project, carry out through several processes such as overhauling, replacement, measuring, and repair. Components of the motorcycle that is consid of substitution as the seat, packing set and oil . The component that needed measuring like piston and camshaft . The component that need repair that is threaded a magnet and balancing the crankshaft. The literature for measuring process and replacement of a component obtained from experience while practices and from manual book written by Suzuki. The purpose of this project Recondition Suzuki Shogun 125 cc, in have to fix a threaded of crankcase and a magnetic threaded the crankshaft that worn out and balancing. Suzuki shogun 125 cc can be working in an optimum condition.
