Penelitian ini menggunakan metode interpretasi visual citra Digital Globe WorldView 2 untuk mendapatkan data penggunaan lahan yang dijadikan input salah satu input untuk memetakan estimasi harga lahan. Data yang didapat dari penggunaan lahan yaitu data aksesibilitas lahan positif, dan aksesibilitas lahan negatif. Data kelengkapan utilitas diambil dari data sekunder. Semua variabel di skor dan di overlay untuk mendapatkan estimasi harga lahan. Lahan merupakan sumberdaya alam yang sangat penting bagi manusia, lahan sangat dibutuhkan oleh manusia. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan manusia, lahan dapat digunakan sebagai tempat tinggal, kegiatan usaha maupun kegiatan sosial.Oleh karena itu di butuhkan informasi mengenai zonasi harga lahan untuk membantu pihak yang membutuhkan informasi tentang harga lahan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Ngampilan dengan tujuan untuk memetakan parameter-parameter penentu harga lahan dan memetakan estimasi harga lahan di Kecamatan Ngampilan. Hasil dalam penelitian ini berupa Peta Penggunaan Lahan Kecamatan Ngampilan, Peta Aksesibilitas Lahan Positif Kecamatan Ngampilan, Peta Kelengkapan Utilitas Kecamatan Ngampilan, Peta Aksesibilitas Lahan Negatif Kecamatan Ngampilan dan Peta Estimasi Harga Lahan Kecamatan Ngampilan.

To meet human needs, the land can be used as a residence, business activities or activities sosial.Oleh therefore in need of information regarding the zoning of land prices to help those who need information about the price of land. This research was conducted in the District Ngampilan with the aim to map the parameters determining the price of land and land price estimate charted in District Ngampilan. The results in this study a map of Land Use Subdistrict Ngampilan, Map Accessibility Positive Land District of Ngampilan, Map Completeness Utilities District of Ngampilan, Map Accessibility Negative Land District of Ngampilan and Map Land Price Estimates District of Ngampilan.
