Di era kemajuan sistem informasi dan teknologi, terdapat banyak hal yang dapat dimanfaatkan seperti aplikasi mobile atau sering disebut dengan mobile application. Aplikasi Mobile adalah sebuah aplikasi yang memungkinkan pengguna melakukan mobilitas dengan menggunakan perlengkapan seperti smartphone atau tablet. Sistem informasi akademik ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan dosen mendapatkan informasi inti mengenai mahasiswa yang sedang melakukan tugas akhir, magang, dan kerja praktek. Sistem ini dirancang dengan menggunakan sistem operasi Android, MySQL sebagai database servernya dan PHP sebagai jembatan komunikasinya, sehingga memungkinkan user untuk mengakses database yang tersedia secara mobile dimanapun berada.

In this age of information systems and technology, there are many things that can be used as mobile applications or often referred to as a mobile application. Mobile application is an application that allows users to mobility by using equipment such as a smartphone or tablet. Academic information system aims to make it easier faculty core information about the students who are doing thesis, internship, and work practices. The system is designed using the Android operating system, MySQL as database server and PHP as a bridge of communication, allowing users to access the database are available in mobile wherever you are.
