EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM KREDIT MIKRO SPP PNPM MANDIRI DI DESA GIRIMARGO KECAMATAN MIRI KABUPATEN SRAGEN

Krisis moneter dan bencana alam, serta gejolak politik telah menimbulkan dampak yang begitu luas dalam masyarakat. Hal ini menyebabkan inflasi meningkat tajam, pertumbuhan ekonomi menurun drastis, peningkatan jumlah pengangguran. Untuk mengatasi kondisi itu pemerintah menurunkan program kredit mikro SPP melalui PNPM Mandiri di perdesaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan ; (1) mengetahui pelaksanaan program SPP PNPM Mandiri di Desa Girimargo Kecamatan Miri Kabupaten Sragen (2) mengetahui proses penyaluran dana Program Kredit mikro SPP PNPM mandiri keseluruh wilayah Desa Girimargo kecamatan Miri, dan (3) mengetahui pengaruh Program SPP PNPM Mandiri terhadap peningkatan pendapatan pemanfaat program Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus .Unit analisis di dalam penelitian ini yaitu rumah tangga peserta proyek kredit mikro SPP PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan di Desa Girimargo, Kecamatan Miri, kabupaten Sragen. Data primer dikumpulkan dari populasi yang ada di Desa Girimargo kecamatan Miri kabupaten Sragen. Data skunder diperoleh dari hasil wawancara Tim Verifikasi PNPM melalui kuesioner sebelumnya . Analisis yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik Uji Beda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa program kredit mikro SPP PNPM di Desa Girimargo berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan peserta kredit. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan proses penyaluran bantuan berjalan dengan baik. Selain itu didapati adanya realita bahwa peserta redit yang mengalami kenaikan pendapatan adalah usia produktif, sehingga masih mampu bekerja secara maksimal.

To cope with the condition that the government reduced tuition through micro-credit programs in rural PNPM Mandiri. The aim of this study; (1) investigate the implementation of the SPP program PNPM Mandiri in Rural Girimargo Miri District of Sragen (2) determine the distribution of funds Microcredit Program SPP PNPM Mandiri Girimargo sub-districts throughout the territory of the village of Miri, and (3) the effect of SPP PNPM program to increase income beneficiaries program This study uses census .Unit method of analysis in this study is participating households microcredit SPP PNPM Rural Girimargo Village, District Miri, Sragen. Primary data was collected from the population in the village of Miri subdistrict Girimargo Sragen. Secondary data obtained from interviews Verification Team PNPM through previous questionnaire. The analysis used in this study is a statistical analysis of different test. These results indicate that the micro-credit program in the village of SPP PNPM Girimargo positive effect on income credit participants. This study also shows the aid delivery process went well.In addition, the reality that the participants found their redit which increased revenues are of childbearing age, so it is still able to work optimally.
