Soft Starter Motor Induksi Satu Fasa dengan Metode Ramp-Up

INTISARI Tujuan pembuatan proyek akhir ini adalah untuk membuat drop tegangan pada suatu motor induksi yang memiliki daya yang besar tidak terlalu tinggi saat starting dengan membuat arus yang digunakan untuk starting awal motor induksi tersebut tidak terlalu besar ketika starting awal motor induksi dengan soft starting. Prinsip kerja alat ini yaitu dengan mengatur tegangan yang masuk pada motor melalui program pada mikrokontroler yang nantinya akan menentukan waktu pemicuan thyristor yang digunakan sebagai besarnya penghasil tegangan AC yang akan masuk ke motor sebagai sumber tegangan yang akan membuat motor start dengan lembut. Hasil dari proyek akhir ini menunjukkan hasil yang perlu untuk diteliti kembali seperti penggunaan Bahasa C pada pengendalian motor yang kurang disarankan, dan penggunaan thyristor sebagai pemicu tegangan yang menghasilkan tegangan yang tidak kontinyu dan membuat torsi pada motor yang dibangkitkan juga tidak kontinyu. ABSTRACT The purpose of making this final project is to create a voltage drop at an induction motor that has a great power is not too high when starting to create a flow that is used for the initial starting of the induction motor is not too great when starting early with a soft starting of induction motors . The working principle of this instrument is to regulate the incoming voltage to the motor through a program on a microcontroller which will determine the time of triggering thyristor are used as an AC voltage magnitude producer who would go into the motor as a voltage source which will make the motor with soft start . The results of this final project shows the results need to be tested again as the use of the C language in motor control is ill-advised , and use as a trigger voltage thyristor which produces a voltage that is not continuous and makes torque generated in the motor is not continuous .
