Analisis Kesuksesan Penerapan Sistem Informasi Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) pada Perusahaan (Studi Kasus: PT. Surveyor Indonesia)

Ukuran perusahaan yang bertumbuh karena kegiatan ekspansi membuat perusahaan harus terus memperbaharui sistem informasi yang mereka gunakan, hal ini karena kebutuhan perusahaan akan sistem informasi yang mampu mengakomodasi kompleksitas bisnis dari perusahaan tersebut yang semakin unik. Namun ukuran suksesnya penerapan sistem informasi dalam perusahaan seringkali tidak dianalisis dengan dimensi yang tepat. Dimensi pengukuran yang ditawarkan oleh penelitian ini adalah; System quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Usage, User Satisfaction & Net Benefits (Delone & McLean 2002). Sedangkan PT. Surveyor Indonesia akan menjadi perusahaan untuk studi kasus penelitian ini. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa model yang ditawarkan oleh Delone & McLean tersebut dapat menjadi acuan untuk menganalisis kesuksesan penerapan sistem informasi pada perusahaan.

Size companies that grow because the expansion makes the company must continue to update their information systems. This is because the company will need an information system that is able to accommodate the business complexity of the company that getting more unique and diversed. However, the measurement of successful implementation of information systems in the enterprise is often not analyzed with the right dimensions. Dimensional measurement offered by this research are; System quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Usage, User Satisfaction and Net Benefits (Delone & McLean 2002). While PT. Surveyor Indonesia will be the company for the case study of this research. The results of this study show that the model offered by Delone & McLean can be a model reference for analyzing the success of enterprise information system implementation.
