PENGUKURAN PRODUKTIVITAS DI INDUSTRI PENGOLAHAN KOPI BUBUK "USAHA UMMAT" WAY KANAN LAMPUNG

IRT Usaha Ummat merupakan sebuah industri yang bergerak pada pengolahan kopi bubuk yang berbahan dasar biji kopi kering. Proses pembuatan kopi bubuk ini telah menggunakan mesin namun masih menggunakan kapasitas produksi kecil yaitu 65 kg biji kopi setiap produksi. Pengukuran produktivitas pada industri ini bertujuan untuk membantu perusahaan dalam mengambil keputusan dan langkah dalam perbaikan input serta output yang berpengaruh pada produktivitas perusahaan sehingga diharapkan dapat bertahan di tengah persaingan dengan selalu mengevaluasi dan memperbaiki produktivitas perusahaan. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh indeks produktivitas total tertinggi perusahaan sebesar 116,15% terdapat pada bulan Agustus, indeks produktivitas parsial bahan baku sebesar 97,47%, indeks produktivitas parsial tenaga kerja sebesar 99,95%, dan produktivitas parsial energi sebesar 97,49%. Produktivitas tertinggi diperoleh dengan penggunaan input bahan baku, tenaga kerja, dan energi secara efisien.

IRT Usaha Ummat is an industry focused on the processing of coffe powder made from dried coffee beans. The process of making coffee powder has been using machine but the industry still using small capacity which is 65 kg for every production. This measurement of productivity has purposed to help the industry in taking of the decision and steps for improvement of the input and output that affect to companies productivity, so that the industry expected to be survived in the market competition with always evaluate and improve the productivity of the company. From the calculation result, obtained the highest total productivity index of the industry is 116,15% in the month of August, partial productivity index of raw materials of 97,47%, partial labour productivity index of 99.95%, partial productivity of energy is 97,49%. The highest productivity are obtained by the use of input of raw materials, labour, and energy efficiently.
