PERHITUNGAN COOLING LOAD DI RUANG FORMULATING PT SARI HUSADA GENERASI MAHARDHIKA II

Ruang formulating adalah ruang yang berfungsi untuk memeriksa tingkat kadar susu dan varian perasa. Di ruangan tersebut, kenyamanan ruangan sangat dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kerja. Tujuan dari Tugas Akhir ini menghitung besar beban pendingin ruangan untuk memperoleh daya Air-Conditioning(AC) sesuai dengan kebutuhan ruangan. Dalam penyelesaian Tugas Akhir ini, penulis menggunakan 3 metode : wawancara, obsevarsi, dan literatur untuk memperoleh data dan melakukan perhitungan. Peralatan-peralatan yang dipakai untuk memperoleh data di lapangan adalah meteran dan termometer digital. Hasil akhir dari perhitungan adalah 47686,33 Btu/jam untuk beban pendingin ruang formulating dan 3,54 untuk COP (Coefficient of Performance) dari AC. Oleh karena itu, daya yang digunakan AC 5,29 PK, sehingga perlu 4 Unit Ac. Dimana masing-masing memiliki 3 unit daya 1,5 Pk dan 1 unit daya 1 Pk.

Formulating room is a room which have a function to check out the great rates of milk and flavorings variants. In that room, comfort room is needed to improve the quality of work. The purpose of this thesis is calculating the cooling load to get the Air-Conditioning power that complies with requirements of the room. In this final projec completion, the author use 3 method : interview, observation, and literature to get data and excute calculation. The equpments that are used to get data in the field are meter gauge an digital thermometer. The final result of calculation is 47686,33 Btu/hour for formulating room cooling load and 3,54 for COP (Coefficient of Performance) from the air-conditioning. Therefore, the power which is used Air Conditioning is 5,29 PK, so it need 4 unit Air-Conditioning. Where each have of 3 unit power 1,5 Pk and 1 unit power 1 Pk.
