TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN PERAWAT PREHOSPITAL DALAM PENANGANAN KORBAN KECELAKAAN LALU LINTAS KOTA YOGYAKARTA Fitri Dwi Purwanti1, Sutono2, Sri Setyarini2 INTISARI Latar Belakang: Indonesia merupakan satu dari sepuluh negara yang memiliki angka kecelakaan lalu lintas terbesar didunia. Kecelakaan lalu lintas merupakan salah satu penyembab meningkatnya mordibitas dan mortalitas jika tidak ditangani dengan benar. Penanganan di tingkat pra rumah sakit diantaranya dilakukan oleh perawat ambulan yang tergabung dalam perawat YES 118. Perawat prehospital merupakan personil utama dalam pertolongan pra rumah sakit. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan perawat ambulan YES 118 dalam memberikan pertolongan kepada korban kecelakaan lalu lintas Kota Yogyakarta . Metode : Merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif non eksperimental. Studi ini dilakukan pada perawat yang tergabung dalam ambulan YES 118 Kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pertanyaan berupa pilihan ganda. Hasil : Sebanyak 30 responden atau 51,7 responden masuk kedalam kategori berpengetahuan kurang. Dilihat dari domain airway , mayoritas responden yaitu 37 atau 63,8% berpengetahuan kurang. Domain breathing, mayoritas responden berpengetahuan kurang yaitu sebesar 50% atau 29 responden. Dari domain sirkulasi mayoritas responden masuk dalam kategori berpengetahuan kurang terdapat 24 responden atau 41,4%. Dari domain komunikasi mayoritas responden berpengetahuan sedang, terdapat 27 atau 46,6% reponden. Dari domain transportasi terdapat 40 responden atau 69% responden berpengetahuan kurang. Kesimpulan : Dari pengukuran yang dilakuakan, tingkat pengetahuan perawat prehospital dalam penanganan korban kecelakaan lalu lintas Kota Yogyakarta dalam kategori kurang. jika dilihat dari setiap domainnya keempat domain yaitu airway, breathing, sirkulasi dan transportasi masuk dalam kategori kurang sedangkan domain komunikasi masuk dalam kategori sedang. 1Mahasiswa Progran Studi Ilmu Keperawatan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Gadjah Mada 2Program Studi Ilmu Keperawatan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Gadjah Mada

LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE PREHOSPITAL NURSE IN TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS VICTIMS MANAGEMENT IN YOGYAKARTA REGENCY Fitri Dwi Purwanti1, Sutono2, Sri Setyarini2 Abstract Background : Indonesia is one of ten countries with the largest number of traffic accidents in the world . Traffic accidents are one of caused increased morbidity and mortality if not handled properly . Prehospital management which is done by nurses who are members of the ambulance nurses, in Yogyakarta regency called �Ambulan YES 118�. Nurses are key personnel in the pre-hospital care . Objective : To determine the level of knowledge YES 118 ambulance nurses in management the victims of traffic accidents the regency of Yogyakarta . Methods : A descriptive study of quantitative non-experimental . The study was conducted on nurses who are members of the ambulance YES 118 Yogyakarta. Instument of this study uses multiple choice questions . Results : A total of 30 respondents or 51.7 of respondents in the category of less knowledgeable . From the domain airway , the majority of respondents, 37 or 63.8 % in the catagory less knowledgeable . Domain breathing , the majority of respondents are less knowledgeable in the amount of 50 % or 29 respondents . Domain circulation of the majority of respondents in the category of less knowledgeable there were 24 respondents or 41.4 % . Domain communication majority of respondents were knowledgeable , there are 27 or 46.6 % of respondents . Of the transport domain there are 40 respondents or 69 % of respondents are less knowledgeable .
