PENGUKURAN PRODUKTIVITAS PT SINAR SUKSES SENTOSA DENGAN PENDEKATAN METODE AMERICAN PRODUKTIVITY CENTER (APC)

PT Sinar Sukses Sentosa adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang tepung-tepungan dengan produk utama tiwul instan dan tepung cassava. Pengukuran produktivitas adalah salah satu tolak ukur berkembangnya suatu perusahaan. Pengukuran produktivitas ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara indeks produktivitas, indeks perbaikan harga terhadap indeks profitabilitas perusahaan dari setiap variabel input yang ada terhadap nilai output perusahaan. Pengukuran produktivitas yang dilakukan di PT Sinar Sukses Sentosa menggunakan metode American Productivity Center(APC). Penelitian produktivitas dengan metode APC ini menggunakan lima kriteria utama yaitu input tenaga kerja, input material, input energi, input modal dan output produksi perusahaan. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dari periode 2010-2013 Indeks profitabilitas total tahun 2011 menurun -6,81% dari tahun sebelumnya dikarenakan penurunan indeks produktivitas total sebesar -0,37% dan penurunan indeks perbaikan harga dari total input sebesar -6,57%. Indeks profitabilitas total tahun 2012 mengalami penurunan sebesar -28,12% karena penurunan indeks produktivitas total -30,45%, naiknya indeks perbaikan harga dari total input sebesar 3,35% tidak dapat menaikan indeks profitabilitas perusahaan. indeks profitabilitas total tahun 2013 juga mengalami penurunan sebesar -10,82% dikarenakan penurunan indeks produktivitas total sebesar -7,08% dan penurunan nilai indeks perbaikan harga dari total input sebesar -4,03%.

PT. Sinar Sukses Sentosa is a company evolved in the field of flour with Tiwul instant and cassava flour as its main products. Productivity measurement is one of the parameters to evaluate the development of a company. The aim of this productivity measurement is to analize the relation between productivity index, price repairment index, and company profitability index from every input variable to the company output value. The productivity measurement that had been done in PT. Sinar Sukses Sentosa uses the American Productivity Center (APC) method. This study uses five main criterias, namely labor input, material input, capital input, and company production input. From the results of the studies that had been done in the period of 2010-2013, the total profitability index in 2011 declined by -6,81% from the previous year. It is caused by the reduction in the total productivity index of -0,37% and the reduction in the price improvement index from the total input of -6,57%. Total profitability index in 2012 declined by -28,12%. It is may caused by the reduction in the total productivity index of -30,45%. The increasing of the price improvement index from the total input of 3,35% can not increase the company profitability index. Total profitability index in 2013 also declined by -10,82% because of the decreasing in the total productivity by -7,08% and in the price improvement index from the total input by -4,03%.
