Faktor-Faktor Penentu Keuntungan Pedagang Kedai Bakso Sapi Di Kabupaten Bogor Jawa Barat

2015 | Skripsi | S1 ILMU DAN INDUSTRI PETERNAKANINTISARI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap keuntungan pedagang kedai bakso di daerah Kabupaten Bogor berdasarkan faktor kualitas bakso, jarak dengan pesaing lain, harga daging sapi, harga bakso, omzet penjualan, lingkungan sekitar usaha, lokasi usaha. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni 2014 sampai dengan Agustus 2014. Penentuan sampel atau responden berdasarkan stratified quota sampling di lingkungan wisata dan di lingkungan pendidikan, serta masing-masing dibedakan di jalan kelas utama dan jalan bukan kelas utama. Jumlah responden ditentukan berdasarkan quota sampling masing-masing 10 responden sehingga secara total sejumlah 40 responden. Pengambilan data dengan metode survei menggunakan bantuan kuesioner untuk wawancara langsung kepada responden. Analisis data secara deskriptif dan kuantitatif menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa rata-rata keuntungan pedagang kedai bakso yang berada di lingkungan Wisata adalah lebih besar (Rp 8.353.450/bulan) dibandingkan di lingkungan pendidikan (Rp 6.810.380/bulan). Hasil analisis regresi menunjukan R2 sebesar 0,835 yang berarti 83,50% keuntungan pedagang kedai bakso sapi dipengaruhi secara bersama-sama oleh faktor yang dimasukkan dalam model. Secara parsial kualitas bakso berpengaruh negatif dan nyata (<0,05), jarak pesaing berpengaruh positif dan nyata (P<0,05), harga daging per kg berpengaruh negatif dan nyata (<0,05), harga per porsi tidak berpengaruh nyata, omzet berpengaruh positif dan sangat nyata (<0,01), lingkungan berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05), sedangkan lokasi berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap keuntungan pedagang kedai bakso sapi di Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat.
The aim of this study was to determine of the factors that significantly influence to the merchants profit of meatball shop in Bogor Regency based on the quality of meetball, distance of competitor, price of beef, meatballs price per cup, earnings, environment and location of business. This research was carried out on June until August 2014. The technique to determine the respondents based on stratified quota sampling in tourism and education environment, as well as each be distinguished of the main road and the other classes. The number of respondents was determined by the quota sampling each of 10 respondents, so the total were 40 respondents. Collecting data with survey method use questionnaires to interview for respondents. The quantitatively used multiple regression data analusus were. The results of this research showed that the average merchants profit of meatball shop located inside in Tourism area was IDR 8,353,450 per month and more than in the education area namely IDR 6,810,380 per month in stall merchants veal meatballs more that in the education area. The regression analysis showed R2 was 0.835, which means 83.50 percent profit of meatball merchants influenced by the factors that included in the model. Partially, the quality of meatballs has influence negative significant (P<0.05), the distance of competitor was positive significant (P<0.05), price of meat has negative significant (P<0.05), price per cup didn’t significant, earnings was positive significant (P<0.01), the environmental has influence significant (P<0.05) to the profit of the meatball merchants in Bogor Regency,West Java.
