IMPLEMENTASI PRINSIP-PRINSIP GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE (GCG) PADA PT. BANK DKI

Recently, the economic development is highly increased specific to banking activity which is immediately to implement the practice of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in the managing of banking in order to make a maximal protection to all parties related specific to stakeholders such as holder’s time deposit and customer. PT. Bank DKI is a local development bank in which the Government Province of DKI Jakarta owned 99.94 percents and PT. Pasar Jaya have 0.06 percents.PT. Bank DKI serves several type service and banking product either conventional and syariah. PT. Bank DKI is as local bank that shall be implemented health of bank and risk and serve to customer. This case to become basic of consideration to impleemnt GCG to PT. Bank DKI so that transparancy, openess, accuntability and responsibility to Government Province of DKI Jakarta created, independent and fairness of report notified by management of PT. Bank DKI. This study applies as study spefication and normative yuridical as approach method and information taken from library to take secondary data of law data. Beside that, as normative implemented the field research in taking of realtiy of the civil law enforcement specific to apply the GCG in local enterprise, PT. Bank DKI PT. Bank DKI implements in comprehensive that have been applied under The Bank of Indonesia Circular No. 15/15/DPNP on April 29, 2013. It has been applied transparancy, accountability, responsibility, independency and fairness in process of management. Beside that, it is not able implemented in maximally because of legal standing of PT. Bank DKI is as Local Enterprise.
