PURWARUPA PENGONTROLAN SUHU RUANGAN PRODUKSI PABRIK SUSU BERBASIS ARDUINO UNO

Telah dibuat purwarupa pengontrolan suhu ruangan produksi pabrik susu berbasis Arduino UNO. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah kinerja seseorang dalam mengontrol dan memantau suhu ruangan produksi susu secara otomatis. Perangkat keras Arduino UNO di interaksikan dengan perangkat LCD sebagai penampil pemantauan dan pengontrolan suhu ruangan produksi susu. Alat ini dapat mengatur suhu normal yang diharapkan dengan tombol yang terdapat pada perangkat alat pengontrolan suhu. LM35 merupakan sensor yang digunakan dalam sistem pengontrolan suhu sebagai sensor yang sangat sensitif terhadap temperatur. Hasil sensor tersebut di olah Arduino UNO yang kemudian ditampilkan dalam LCD. Setelah dilakukan proses pengujian sistem pengukur suhu ruangan produksi pabrik susu khususnya yang dibuat pada tugas akhir ini dapat mengukur suhu ruangan. Ketika suhu melebihi batas suhu yang ditetapkan akibat heater yang bekerja mendidihkan air, maka kipas akan berputar secara otomatis sebagai pendingin suhu ruangan yang melebihi batas suhu yang di harapkan agar kondisi ruangan tetap normal. Sistem ini bekerja setiap detik serta menampilkan hasil pada lcd dan di ambil sebuah keputusan.

Have been made prototype design room temperature factory controlling milk production based arduino uno .This system is expected to simplify the performance of a person in control and monitor room temperature milk production automatically .Hardware arduino uno in discussed with a device lcd as the viewer room temperature monitoring and controlling milk production .They can be regulating temperature normal expected with buttons that are found on vehicle equipment temperature control . Lm35 is of sensors used in the system controlling temperature as a sensor which is highly sensitive to temperature .The results of the censorship of sports in uno arduino which are then displayed in lcd . After done process of testing system room temperature gauges factory milk production particularly those made at the end of this task can measure room temperature.When the temperature exceeds the limit of temperatures due to the heater set working boil water then rotating fan will automatically as a coolant room temperature that exceeds the bounds temperature in expect to the condition of the room remains abnormally.This system worked every second showing results as well as on in lcd and take a decision.
