2015 | Tesis | S2 Ilmu Kesehatan MasyarakatLatar belakang: SIM BPJS kesehatan ditujukan untuk memudahkan alur pelayanan JKN bagi masyarakat. Periode 28 Maret 2014, BPJS Kesehatan mencatat 20.815 titik fasilitas kesehatan yang aktif bekerjsama dengan BPJS kesehatan. Puskesmas yang telah bekerjasama dengan BPJS kesehatan juga otomatis menerapkan Pcare. Hingga Agustus 2014, Pcare telah diterapkan di 22 puskesmas Kota Makassar. Implementasi Pcare sebagai bagian dari SIM BPJS kesehatan dan beranekaragamnya SI menjadi alasan penulis meneliti hal ini. Tujuan: Menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan SIM BPJS kesehatan layanan Primary care (Pcare) di Puskesmas Kota Makassar tahun 2014. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian kuantitatif dengan riset survei. Subjek penelitian yaitu puskesmas di Kota Makassar yang menerapkan aplikasi Pcare SIM BPJS Kesehatan. Cara pengumpulan data dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada pengguna aplikasi Pcare di 22 Puskesmas dan 54 responden. Hasil: Persepsi manfaat dipengaruhi oleh persepsi kemudahan (3,5525), user interface (3,769), sedangkan dukungan organisasi (0.3337) tidak mempengaruhi. Persepsi kemudahan dipengaruhi oleh user interface (2,5385), dukungan organisasi (2,0633), sedangkan kontrol perilaku (1,431) tidak mempengaruhi. Minat dipengaruhi oleh persepsi manfaat (3,8427), kontrol perilaku (2,3396) dan pengaruh sosial (3,1889) sedangkan persepsi kemudahan tidak mempengaruhi (0,7943). Penerimaan tidak dipengaruhi oleh user interface (0,977), dukungan organisasi (0,0467) dan minat (0,5913), sedangkan keadaan pendukung (3,9588) mempengaruhi. Kesimpulan: Aplikasi Pcare SIM BPJS Kesehatan belum diterima dengan baik karena beberapa faktor tidak bepengaruh signifikan. Diantaranya dukungan organisasi tidak mempengaruhi persepsi manfaat, kontrol perilaku tidak mempengaruhi persepsi kemudahan, persepsi kemudahan tidak mempengaruhi minat menggunakan. Tak hanya itu, user interface, dukungan organisasi dan minat tidak mempengaruhi penerimaan SIM BPJS kesehatan layanan Pcare di Puskesmas Kota Makassar tahun 2014.
Background: Management information system of health social security provider (health BPJS) is meant to ease the process of national health security service for the community. In 28th March 2014, health BPJS recorded as many as 20,815 units of health facilities that actively worked with health BPJS. Health centers that have collaborated with health BPJS will automatically implement primary care service (Pcare). Until August 2014, Pcare has been implemented in 22 Primary cares at Makassar Municipality. The implementation of Pcare has become a topic of interest to study. Objective: To analyze factors affecting acceptance to management information system of health BPJS in Pcare service at health centers in Makassar Municipality 2014. Methods: The study was quantitative with survey research design. Subjects were health centers at Makassar Municipality that implemented Pcare application of health BPJS management information system. Data were obtained through questionnaire distributed to users of Pcare application at 22 health centers and 54 respondents. Results: Perceived usefulness was affected by ease of use (3.5525), and user interface (3.769), whereas organizational support did not affect perceived usefulness (0.3337). Perceived ease of use was affected user interface (2.5385), organizational support (2.0633), and perceived behavior control (1.431) did not affect perceived easy of use. Behavioral intention affected by perceived usefulness (3.8427), perceived behavioral control (2.3396) and social influence (3.1889) but not by perceived ease to use (0.7943). Acceptance was not affected by user interface (0.977), organizational support (0.0467) and behavioral intention (0.5913), but was affected by facilitating condition (3.9588). Conclusion: Pcare service was not accepted by user because organizational support did not affect perceived usefulness, perceived behavioral control did not affect perceived easy to use, perceived easy to use did not affect behavioral intention and user interface, organizational support and behavioral intention did not affect acceptance to management information system of health BPJS of Pcare service at health centers in Makassar Municipality 2014.
