ANALISIS USAHA DAN STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN AGRIBISNIS BUAH NAGA C.V KUSUMO WANADRI KULON PROGO

2015 | Tesis | S2 MANAJEMEN AGRIBISNISTujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kelayakan usaha agribisnis buah naga (pembibitan, budidaya dan pengolahan) dan merumuskan strategi pengembangan agribisnis buah naga di Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analisis. Data yang dianalisis adalah data primer usahatani dan persepsi faktor-faktor strategis internal dan eksternal kegiatan agribisnis buah naga. Pemilihan lokasi ditentukan secara sengaja (purposive sampling) di CV. Kusumo Wanadri berlokasi di Desa Bebekan, Pantai Glagah Indah, Temon, Wates dengan pertimbangan perusahaan melakukan semua kegiatan agribisnis buah naga (pembibitan, budidaya dan pengolahan). Analisis yang digunakan : analisis pendapatan, analisis BEP, B/C ratio, payback period dan analisis SWOT. Hasil analisis kelayakan usaha menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pembibitan, budidaya dan pengolahan layak untuk diusahakan di Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Pendapatan kegiatan pembibitan sebesar Rp. 981.550.128, nilai BEP produksi 756 batang dan BEP harga Rp. 918 per batang, nilai B/C ratio 37,11 dan payback period 0,002 bulan. Pendapatan kegiatan budidaya sebesar Rp. 7.491.123.516, nilai BEP produksi 73.035 kg dan BEP harga Rp. 4.864 per kg, nilai B/C ratio 4,13 dan payback period 0,18 tahun. Pendapatan kegiatan pengolahan sebesar Rp. 14.787.634, nilai BEP produksi 3.542 gelas, BEP harga Rp. 2.725 per gelas, nilai B/C ratio 0,83 dan payback period 0,03 bulan. Strategi yang sesuai untuk kegiatan pembibitan adalah S-O (strengths-opportunies), strategi S-T (strengths-treaths) untuk kegiatan budidaya dan strategi W-O (weakness-opportunities) untuk kegiatan pengolahan buah naga. The objective of this research are to determine the feasibility of dragon fruit agribusiness (seeding, cultivation and processing) and formulate strategies of agribusiness development in Kulon Progo regency. The method in this research is to used descriptive analysis. The analyzed data are forming performance of factors internal and external strategic agribusiness. The location is determined (purposive) at CV. Kusumo Wanadri located in Bebekan village, Glagah Indah, Temon district with considerating of the company doing all the dragon fruit agribusiness activities (seeding, cultivation and processing). The analysis tools are: analysis of income, BEP analysis, B/C ratio, payback period and SWOT analysis . Results of feasibility analysis showed that the activity seeding, cultivation and processing is feasible to be developed in Kulon Progo. Revenue of seeding activities Rp. 981.550.128, value of production BEP is 756 stem, and price BEP is Rp. 918 per stem, the value of B/C ratio is 37.11 and the payback period is 0.002 month.
