PENGARUH ANTARA PERSEPSI PEMILIK ATAU PENGELOLA APOTEK TERHADAP PENTINGNYA ANALISIS S.W.O.T DENGAN PROFIL PELAYANAN KEFARMASIAN (Studi Analisis Di seluruh Apotek Di Kecamatan Lowokwaru, Kota Malang)

Pelayanan kefarmasiaan saat ini telah berubah orientasinya dari obat kepada pasien yang berazaskan asuhan kefarmasiaan (pharmaceutical care). Sebagai upaya agar para apoteker pengelola apotek dapat melaksanakan pelayanan kefarmasian yang profesional, telah dikeluarkan keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 1027/Menkes/SK/IX/2004 tentang standar pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek. Persepsi pentingnya analisis SWOT bagi pemilik atau Apoteker pengelola Apotek sangat penting bagi peningkatan outcome bagi apotek tersebut agar bisa mengidentifikasi keadaan perusahaan/apotek secara kapabilitas maupun kapasitasnya untuk lebih baik lagi dalam menentukan strateginya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi Spearman Rank (rho)untuk mengetahui pengaruh pentingnya analisis SWOT bagi pemilik atau Apoteker pengelola Apotek terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian yang ada di Apotek pada wilayah Kecamatan Lowokwaru Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel Probability Sampling dengan cara simple random sampling terdapat 39 apotek yang tersebar diseluruh kecamatan Lowokwaru kota Malang. Apotek yang memenuhi kriteria Inklusi sebagaimana yang diteliti terdapat 31 Apotek,. Diambil sampel sebanyak 24 Apotek di kecamatan Lowokwaru kota Malang. Profil pelayanan kefarmasian yang kurang didapatkan 1 apotek atau 4,17%, cukup 14 apotek atau 58,33% dan baik sebanyak 9 Apotek atau 37,50%. Profil peresepsi pentingnya analisis S.W.O.T bagi pemilik atau pengelola apotek yang menilai penting terdapat 13 apotek atau 54,17%, cukup penting 11 apotek atau 45,83% dan tidak ada yang menilai tidak penting. Nilai signifikansi dari metode pengolahan data spearman rank menunjukan nilai 0,000. Nilai signifikansi tersebut kurang dari 0,05 ( signifikan < 0,05 ) yang berarti bahwa ada hubungan antara profil pelayanan apotek dengan persepsi pentingnya analisis S.W.O.T bagi pemilik atau pengelola Apotek. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa ada pengaruh antara persepsi pentingnya analisis S.W.O.T bagi pemilik atau pengelola Apotek dengan pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek yang berada di Kecamatan Lowokwaru Kota Malang.

The orientation of Pharmaceutical services now was changed from the prodruct to the patient which based of pharmaceutical care. As an effort to make pharmacist can implement professional pharmacy practice. based on the decision the Minister of Health Republic of Indonesia No. 1027/Menkes/SK/IX/2004 about the standard of pharmacy practice in pharmacy comunity. The perception of the importance in SWOT analysis for the owner or Pharmacists in Pharmacy are very important for the improvement of outcomes to identification their capability and capacity to better determine of strategy in company/Pharmacy. To analysis the data in this case, we needed spearman rank (rho) technique for corelate the effect of the importance of a SWOT analysis for the owner or pharmacist in pharmacy comunity with pharmaceutical care in pharmacy comunity in the District of Lowokwaru, Malang. This study uses Probability sampling technique with simple random sampling. There are 39 pharmacy in the District of Lowokwaru, Malang. there are only 31 pharmacy can be subject because there was included in inclusion criteria of this resarch. We take 24 pharmacy in the district of Lowokwaru, Malang. Which obtained 1 pharmacy or 4.17% have a “less” criteria in pharmaceutical care, 14 pharmacy or 58.33% have “enough” criteria and as many as 9 pharmacy or 37.50% have “good” criteria in pharmaceutical care for patient. Profile of the importance perception of a SWOT analysis for the owner or pharmaciest in pharmacy community, that have “crucial” criteria were 13 pharmacy or 54.17%, and 11 pharmacy or 45.83% have “quite important” and no judge is unimportant criteria. The result of Significance value from processing with Spearman rank method is 0,000. Where The resignificance value is less than 0.05 (significant <0.05). That’s means there has relationship between the importance of perception in SWOT analysis for owner or pharmaciest in pharmacy community with pharmaceutical care in pharmacy community in Distric of Lowokwaru, Malang. From the research that has been done can be concluded that there is influence of pharmaceutical services at the pharmacy with the perception of the importance of a SWOT analysis for the owner or manager of a pharmacy that is located in the district of Malang Lowokwaru.
