Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji model pemanfaatan teknologi informasi di PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PTDI). PTDI merupakan salah satu contoh dari perusahaan BUMN yang secara massive menerapkan teknologi informasi di dalam perusahaan untuk mendukung kinerja karyawan. Model yang digunakan pada penelitian ini mengadopsi model penelitian yang dikembangkan oleh Thompson, Goodhue dan Delone untuk melihat faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan kinerja. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 112 karyawan PTDI yang dalam pekerjaanya menggunakan teknologi informasi. Data responden digunakan sebagai data mentah. Data diolah menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan AMOS. Sedangkan SmartPLS digunakan untuk mendukung dan menguatkan analisa yang dihasilkan oleh AMOS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh negatif antara faktor kondisi yang memfasilitasi, dan konsekuensi jangka panjang dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Pengaruh negatif juga ditemukan antara pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dengan kinerja, hal ini menunjukan hubungan berlawanan diantara keduanya. Sedangkan kesesuaian tugas dan teknologi ditemukan berhubungan positif atau searah dengan kinerja. Hubungan searah antara kesesuaian tugas dan teknologi sesuai dengan teori Task Technology Fit (TTF) yang dikemukakan oleh Thompson dan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang dikembangkan oleh Venkatesh.

The purpose of this research is to test the utilization model of information technology in PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PTDI). PTDI is one of BUMN Companies that massively applies the information technology within the company to support employees� performance. The model that is used in this research is adopting research model that developed by Thompson, Goodhue and Delone in order to see the factors that have effects of the utilization of information technology and performance. The samples on this research are 112 PTDI employees that used information technology on their work. There are 112 respondents are used as raw data. The data were processed by using the approach of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS assistance. Whereas SmartPLS is used to support and strengthen the analysis that produced by AMOS. These results indicate the existence of a negative effect between facilitating conditions and long-term consequences of the utilization of information technology. The negative effect was also found between the utilization of information technology and the performance; this indicates the opposite relationship between them. Whereas the appropriateness of the task and the technology were found to be positively associated or supported of the performance. The directional relation between the suitability of the task and the theory of Task Technology Fit (TTF) that proposed by Thompson and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) that developed by Venkatesh.
