Kinerja Kambing Bligon yang Mendapat Complete Feed Fermentasi Berbahan Baku Lokal di Kelompok Tani Purwo Manunggal, Giri Sekar, Panggang, Gunungkidul

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian complete feed fermentasi berbahan baku lokal terhadap kinerja kambing Bligon jantan di kelompok tani Purwo Manunggal, Giri Sekar, Panggang, Gunungkidul. Sebanyak 10 ekor kambing jantan berumur ± 8 bulan dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok. Masing-masing kelompok terdiri dari 5 ekor. Rerata bobot badan kelompok kontrol 14,40 kg, kelompok perlakuan 14,87 kg. Kelompok perlakuan (R2) diberi complete feed fermentasi, sedangkan kelompok kontrol (R1) diberi pakan hijauan dan konsentrat secara terpisah. Variabel yang diteliti adalah pertambahan bobot badan, konsumsi bahan kering (BK), protein kasar (PK), serat kasar (SK), lemak kasar (LK) dan total digestible nutrients (TDN). Data dianalisis menggunakan Independent T-test. Data pertambahan bobot badan dianalisis menggunakan analisis kovariansi dengan bobot awal sebagai kovariat. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa kambing pada perlakuan R1 berturut-turut mengkonsumsi BK, PK, SK, LK, TDN lebih tinggi (P<0,05) dibandingkan dengan kambing yang diberi R2 (75,63±2,81 vs 44,54±0,59 g/kg BB0,75), (12,16±0,45 vs 5,12±0,06 g/kg BB0,75), (14,23±0,53 vs 3,61±0,05 g/kg BB0,75), (2,08±0,08 vs 0,29±0,01 g/kg BB0,75), (50,08±1,86 vs 28,55±0,38 g/kg BB0,75). Pertambahan bobot badan harian (PBBH) dan feed conversion ratio berbeda nyata antara R1 dengan R2 yaitu (45,71±8,84 vs 41,23±4,56 g/ekor/hari), (12,68±3,02 vs 8,25±0,96) serta feed cost per gain menunjukkan perbedaan tidak nyata yaitu (Rp 13.948±3.322,25 vs Rp 12.378±1.432,69). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian complete feed fermentasi pada kambing Bligon jantan menghasilkan nilai konsumsi dan PBBH lebih rendah, akan tetapi menurunkan nilai konversi pakan dan feed cost per gain dibandingkan dengan pemberian pakan kontrol.

The experiment was conducted to study the effect of fermented complete feed based local feed on performance of male Bligon goats at Purwo Manunggal farmers group, Giri Sekar, Panggang, Gunungkidul. Ten male goats after weaning aged 8 month were divided into 2 groups: each group consisted of 5 goats. Initial body weight of control was 14.40 kg and for treatment was 14.87 kg. The group of treatment was given fermented complete feed, the group of control was given forages and concentrat separately. Variable evaluated were average daily gain, consumption of dry matter (DM), crude protein (CP), crude fiber (CF), extract etter (EE), total digestible nutrients (TDN). Data were analyzed using independent T-test. Average daily gain were analyzed using analysis of covariance and as covariat is body weight. The results showed that nutrient intakes of DM (75.63±2.81 vs 44.54±0.59 g/kg BB0.75), CP (12.16±0.45 vs 5.12±0.06 g/kg BW0.75), CF (14.23±0.53 vs 3.61±0.05 g/kg BW0.75), EE (2.08±0.08 vs 0.29±0.01 g/kg BW0.75), and TDN (50,08±1,86 vs 28,55±0,38 g/kg BW0.75) were significantly higher in control group compared to treatment group. Average daily gain and feed conversion ratio were showed different significantly among R1 and R2 (45.71±8.84 vs 41.23±4.56 g/goat/day), (12.68±3.02 vs 8.25±0.96) and feed cost per gain were showed different significantly (Rp13.948±3.322,25 vs Rp12.378±1.432,69). Average daily gain, and feed conversion were rather (P<0.05) on goat fed fermented complete feed than control feed (45.71±8.84 vs 41.23±4.56 g/goat/day), (12.68±3.02 vs 8.25±0.96). feed cost per gain were similar between R1 and R2 (Rp13.948±3322,25 vs Rp12.378±1.432,69). According to the research, it can be concluded that goat fed by fermented complete feed showed feed intake and average daily gain lower also decrease feed conversion ratio and feed cost per gain than control feed.
