PENGEMBANGAN ALAT PENGGANTI SECARA ERGONOMI PADA BURUH ANGKUT SAYUR DAN BUAH UNTUK MENGATASI KELUHAN MUSCULOSKELETAL DISORDERS (MSDs) (Studi Di Pasar Induk Buah dan Sayur Giwangan, Yogyakarta)

Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) terjadi sebagai akibat dari pekerjaan yang tidak sesuai dengan kapasitas fisik pekerja dan dilakukan berulang-ulang dalam jangka waktu yang lama, sehingga pada akhirnya menyebabkan kerusakan pada tubuh pekerja khususnya pada sistem otot dan tulang. Ketidak nyamanan dan kelelahan pada pekerja diakibatkan juga postur kerja yang tidak alami seperti membungkuk, jongkok, dan mengangkat tanpa disadari yang dilakukan pekerja dapat menyebabkan penyakit ataupun cidera tulang belakang terlebih jika pekerjaan tersebut tidak dilakukan dengan benar. Penelitian analisis postur kerja di Pasar Induk Buah dan Sayur Giwangan menggunakan metode REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment). Metode REBA adalah sebuah metode yang dikembangkan dalam bidang ergonomi dan dapat digunakan secara cepat untuk menilai posisi kerja atau postur leher, punggung, lengan pergelangan tangan dan kaki seorang operator. Dengan didapatnya nilai REBA tersebut dapat diketahui level resiko dan kebutuhan akan tindakan yang perlu dilakukan untuk perbaikan kerja. Sebelum penilaian REBA pekerja akan dibagikan Kuesioner Nordic Body Map sebagai salah satu bentuk kuesioner untuk mengetahui timbulnya keluhan sakit yang dirasakan pekerja akibat melakukan pekerjaan. Kuisioner diberikan kepada 4 pekerja yang mewakili 16 pekerja buruh angkut yang terbagi menjadi 4 kategori pekerjaan, kemudian dilakukan postur kerja. Penggunaan sarana kerja baru untuk mengurangi tingkat resiko cidera pada pekerja dengan analisis metode REBA. Pada elemen kerja membawa kardus skor 8 (Tinggi) menjadi 2 (rendah), kemudian menaruh kardus bagian kiri skor 8 (tinggi) menjadi 3 (rendah), kemudian mengangkat dan membawa kotak skor 8 (tinggi) menjadi 3 (rendah). Kemudian untuk elemen kerja mengangkat dan membawa keranjang buah dan sayur tidak dilakukan analisis perbaikan karena alat Trolley tidak dirancang.

Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) occurs as the impact of work's activities that are not in accordance with the capacity of the workers' physical condition and it is continuosly done for a long time of period. Finally, it causes physical harm especially for the bones and muscular system. Bending, squatting, and abruptly lifting hands, those are unnatural posture of works which can cause fatigue and discomfort for the worker. Those activities can also cause sickness or even spinal injured, moreover, those activities are done in wrong ways. This research of works' posture is held in the Fruit and vegetable side of Giwangan Market. The researcher used REBA ((Rapid Entire Body Assessment)) methodology to investigate the research. REBA methodology is a method that grew in ergonomic field of study. It is used to quickly assess the body posture or position of the neck, back, arm wrist, and arm ankle of the worker or operator. Using the REBA calculation, it can be analyzed the level of risk and the correction which is needed. Before the REBA assessment, the participant, the conveyance laborer, will be distributed Nordic Body Map questionnaire. This questionnaire was aimed to examine the conveyance laborers' complaint of sickness that they have as a result of their work's activities. The questionnaire is given to four of the conveyance laborers as representatives of sixteen conveyance laborers. The sixteen of conveyance laborers are divided in to four groups of work categories. After that, they demonstrated the body posture or position of their work's activities. The implementation of new work's utility has purpose to reduce the level of risk which is experienced by the conveyance laborers. This new utilities were found by using REBA analysis. In the element of carrying score eight (high) of boxes became two score (low). Then, putting the boxes in the left side, from eight score (high) became three score. Next, lifting up and carrying the score eight (high) of boxes became three score (low). Next, for the work's element of lifting up and carrying the basket of fruit and vegetable, there was no correction analysis because the trolley was not designed.
